SoMa_InC I appreciate your honesty there but having said that I tent to disagree with you on the Rio part because he didn't take any sort of drugs be it performance enhancing drug or any other banned substances as he hasn't tested +, all he did was he forgot to supply his urine sample and unfortunately it had to be the most expensive mistake any footie star has ever made since the Great Diego because after two hours Rio did finally supply sample in which the result came back NEGATIVE so that shows you the guy made a genuine blunder and it cost him 8 months and 50 grand. Few weeks back I read this article that was discussing the private lives of today's mega star footballers and Mutu's name was mentioned and how he was going through a rough patch after breaking up with his model partner, even though that is no excuse I think that was the main reason the poor lad resorted into Coke! Most Arsenal and United players are clean living and genuine pros apart from Barthez who is a true fan of the Legend known as Bob Marley..if you know what i mean . What do you think? Peace.

I think now you understand why I think INTER will trash AC MILAN on Sunday! Who would ever thought that Valencia would be beaten like that in front of their own fans? Watch out people ADRIANO is on FIREEEE! Great game between AC MILAN and BARCELONA but unfortunately luck wasn't on their side but did you see how Ronnie mesmerised and bamboozled Gattusso in the dying minutes of the game when he set up Iniesta for a clear shot on goal? That was my favourite part of the whole game. . The Goofy Genius <-----! Peace.

Northerner, You are the first Liverpool fan I have ever came across that have a sympathy for United especially now that they are a Mediocre team, I thought you were like my Uncle who hates United with Passion and adores any team that puts them to the sword. About Serie A, the best match I have watched so far this season was the game between Inter and Roma which ended all 3 but it was one of the most entertaining Italian game I have watched for ages. Try to watch the Milan derby on Sunday as any derby match is worth watching. Peace. SoMa_InC I must confess that was a very interesting prediction you made so GOOD LUCK. We are only few minutes away from kick off so may the best man Win! Peace.

SoMa_InC, Since you are a Chelsea fan, what do you think about the whole Adrian Mutu episode and if you don't mind me asking, what is the love affair between Chelsea players and the Coke since Mutu is the second Chelsea player to have tested + after sniffing the crystal white powder, first being Mark Bosnich?. Peace.

Brother Tahliil, In other words you are not voting, right? I am with you all the way on that because neither of them gives a rat's rear end about you and me and our Somali brothers and sisters as a whole so why should we lose sleep over which one of the two ends up winning the race come November. at the end of the day they are both anti-Islam and very much pro Jewish (May The Curse Of Allah Fall Upon Them) so i stand tall and scream loud and proudly TO HELL WITH BUSH and KERRY. i would have voted for the Green Peace Party! Peace.
-
Brother Ayuub, Are you a Pro Bush or Kerry? I am neither. Peace.

I LOVED THE POEM...see how i am blushing  <======! Peace

Sisters, come on give the brother a break, you don't have to make him feel guilty of something that he wasn't aware of (Age Restriction Part)because after all we all posted few topics that we are not proud of aren't we? and for the sake of this very rewarding month let the Brother be. Brother Kurrupt, pass my regards to Daz and Snoop and the whole Dog Pound Crew and if you see Pac tell him I am still waiting for the collab that he promised me. Peace.

Sister Besbaaso, I don't know about the suffering but all I do know is that I am madly, fully and totally in love with a wonderful and very special Queen and I can't help it writing something for and about her, on the other hand at times I write out of frustrations and it feels like releasing a stress from my chest even though I don't remember ever sharing with her some of my most painful poems that I wrote about a certain thing that she did which I didn't like but to be honest with you, I wouldn't mind suffering for what I believe in and I believe in her and i believe in what we have which is something very special and someday in the near future Insha Allah I would love to make her the happiest wife in the whole world and i am more than capable of doing just that and maybe take her to Batlale in our Honeymoon, where the greatest poet of all time lies dead, Elmi Ismail Liban "Bodhari". Thanks for the wonderful Compliment My Sister. Peace.

Nairobi - For many Africans the United States presidential battle is a distant struggle of which they know nothing, but those who have taken the time to think about it generally have strong opinions and few back George W Bush. From the souks of Rabat to the vineyards of Cape Province, from the dusty wastes of the Sahel to the shores of Lake Victoria, Africa's long-suffering citizens have problems of their own in poverty, disease and war. When they look beyond their shores, most Africans see little chance of salvation coming from the United States, whichever wealthy white candidate wins next month's race for the White House. Nevertheless, many are watching. "America is the world's greatest country. America participates in all things. The American elections are my country's business, not just America's business," said Jonah Buya, an 18-year-old actor from Uganda. Favour Kerry Africans largely favour Bush's Democratic challenger, John Kerry, who is seen as more likely to fund Aids research, is the choice of black Americans and, crucially, is seen as anti-war in a continent ravaged by conflict. But the continent would not vote en bloc for the Massachusetts senator. In the Muslim regions of the Arab north and of troubled west Africa, Bush's wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and his uncritical support of Israel have stirred anti-American sentiment and made the Texan a figure of hate. On the other side of the continent in the Indian Ocean port of Kismayu, many still remember the hundreds of dead left behind by the US troops on former president Bill Clinton's ill-fated 1992 mission to snatch a local warlord in the capital of Mogadishu. But Somalis don't like Clinton's Republican successor any better. "Bush is an international warlord and we hope the United States' voters will not elect him if they truly, like other people, want peace," said Abdirahim Mohammed,a 23-year-old Self-employed in Kismayu city,Nevertheless, in East Africa especially, Bush's "war on terrorism" has won him respect. Benjamin Majura, a 25-year-old Tanzanian law student, recalled that in 1998 even before the September 11 2001 attacks on New York and Washington, an al-Qaeda bomb blast left scores dead in his capital Dar es Salaam. 'Bush is needed' "Strong people like Bush are needed, not the ones who compromise with terrorists. Let Bush come again and finish the job and smoke out Osama bin Laden from his cave," he said, echoing one of the US leader's own catchphrases. In general, however, Africans feel it is time for a change. "Over the years, the Democrats have proved to be more friendly to Africa," said Bonni Iwuoha, a veteran Lagos political commentator who has analysed US president duels for the past 20 years. "Kerry will lead Americans on the path of dialogue rather than the path of war. What has George W. Bush gained by going into war with Iraq and supporting the Israelis against the Palestinians? Nothing. Absolutely nothing." P.S Kaasina wuxuu ahaa weriyeheena IL CAPO oo nooga soo waramayay magaalada Garissa ee Waqooyi Bari. Peace.

POLL: Who would you like to see as the Prime Minister
IL CAPO replied to Libaax-Sankataabte's topic in Politics
We in NFD know what we want and we got our priorities straight and you will all find out what that is as soon as you settle your quarrels because I am sorry to say this but I don't think nor believe that Somalia will return to it's former glories as long as there are divisions amongst the Somalis themselves and that is the main reason why I don't bother talking about the motherland because it is just a waste of energy and time and there is no point in getting excited about an illusion. The people of Somalia have been dying for more than a decade and to this date I am yet to find a one Somali warlord who's brave enough to say that it is about time we stopped killing each other and for once put our country Somalia before his own greed and personal interest and the day we find that man then I will be the first one to salute him and give him my vote of confidence. The Somali people are tired of this senseless tribal war (yes, there is nothing political about our civil war but everything about tribal garbage) so they have no choice but to faithfully hope and pray that this will finally be the one to end all the heartache and misery and all I can say this point of time is AMEEN to their prayers. In 0gaden!a they have been waiting far too long for their brothers and sisters from the motherland Somalia to come to their rescue and save them from the bullets of Ethiopians but unfortunately to no avail and they have finally decided to move on and forget about Somalia which is the right thing to do. If anybody in here ever thought that 0gaden!a's freedom lies in the hands of the future Somali president then you are wrong because they have always been fighting and dying for their freedom even long before the 1977 war between Somalia and Ethiopia and that will never change regardless who's on the helm of either Somalia or Ethiopia but it is very unfortunate for some of you to distant yourselves away from that region just because it carries a certain name but aren't you forgetting that it is your land too and you have every right to kill and die for it? I bet some of you will even laugh when you hear how the innocent people from that region are oppressed, tortured, raped and murdered by your worst enemy that you have ever had which is Ethiopia but let me remind you one thing here my fellow Somalis..they are being killed, raped and Wrongfully prosecuted because they are MUSLIMS and SOMALI, that is right. Peace. -
