If there are conditions to be met and they are not willing to respect those conditions. It is simple - adhere to the rules and you are welcome. There was no mention of me saying "leave the food at the door". El Punto (can't remember your previous names) and Xin need to get their facts right and move emotion out of the way. As to Layzie G, taas cuuqdaad bee qaabta.

This is the media at its best to turn people against people. If I rule my 5 acres and you want to come and help my family, you have to respect the rules of my 5 acres. You can't come in with your own 'set conditions' and expect to tramble over other people's cultures and norms in the name of "World Aid". Also, agents always dress in clothes such as UN workers, doctor and nurses and reporters. Leave the food at the front door and it will be distributed.

If you are from Somalia, then you better just stay put where you are What I dont understand is why they have included every single country that the U.S. has f'd badly and put embragos against e.g. libya, cuba etc. For our parents that migrated here for the "Citizenship" and "Passport", we are still considered "Somali" because they passports still single us out under "origin country/country of birth"

Ku Lax Klan syndrome - Those infected with it also develop an inability to count and possible dyslexia e.g. 2+2 = 1 - Also, they develop a great deal of laziness and cyncism about their condition.

Theist: (God, Dios, Allah, Elohim, Buddha, divas, Shiva,Brahman,Waheguru, the Universe, Jesus,Amlak, waaq, the sun, moon...way too many to list here) exists and if you don't believe that you will spend an eternity in-----. One thing should be cleared up though, most theist think that Agnosticism is a middle ground and that because they are don't know, they put the possibility of Gods existence or nonexistence at 50/50. thats not the case it more likely at 90/10 and that puts them much closer to atheist then theist, it just sounds better at a dinner table full of fanatical believers. So which one are you and when you coming to dinner to discuss? For surely, you too have your believes and are "fanatical" about them, albeit anti-Religion.

Originally posted by Cara.: I see you're also a fan of Jonathan Swift, Layzie. But you need to ratchet up the satire a bit more, there are sure to be a few slow people who'll think you are being serious. May I suggest: 1) Call for rounding up of Muslims and immediate placement in internment camps. Just until the War on Terror is over, you should add hastily. 2) Next, suggest Muslim children report their parents' every word to their beloved Uncle Sam, especially if parents criticize the state in any way. 3) IF internment camps are out of the question, at least promote some sort of symbol, maybe a special hat or pin all Muslims should wear. Really, it will be completely harmless, it will just help law enforcement with tedious paperwork. 4) Speaking of paperwork, how about all Americans carry identification papers with them, and of course checkpoints at all major intersections? That way your next idea (patriotism pop quizzes) can be more easily implemented! "You sir, list the founding fathers and the names of the original colonies?" Although this may backfire since immigrants may know these things better than the locals after studying for the citizenship exam. There are many more suggestions I can offer but to be honest I don't have your ability to adopt this crazy right-wing hick character with such flair. Strangely enough, I agree with Cara on this one. Layzie G., what world do you live in?

One year ago, palestinian were being massacred. Does anybody remember anymore? Seems like since then, the media has shut out Palestinian issues from their pens and cameras.

Salaamz, I just wanted to share this documentary with you. It is about the manufactoring of foods have changed our conusumption habits and changed the world around us. What is interesting to me, is that the emergence of the Organic Retailer? An oxymoron because the idea of being 'Organic' is counter Capitalism (for Profit and more expansion for more profit). In part 8 of 11, they show how smithfields organics aligns itself with Walmart (the Golaith of Manufactoring and Consumerism). Food Inc. documentary What are some of your thoughts?

Salams, All this points back to the idea of honoring the body in islam and differentiating btwn the sexes and people. It again, qualms the arguments of equality of the genders and "humanity" in general. No two people are equal.
