Hiiran & middle shabelle state is a good step in the right direction.we know hiiraan and middle shabelle are heavywights and more prosperious.infact,the middle shabelle alone has and can become the singapore of east-africa if the local admin invests in the region when they tax people,they have huge farm lands,easy accept to port and airport,their infrastracture built by the previous gov is intact,they have industries like textile,sugar,tobacco,etc.

PL chamber of commer was a scam,i would personally never trust them with 1 dollar let alone my investment money. i dont think so.the guy opened an office,spent money on it and now investor came,then thought why the hell would i want to spend my time on such scam.
