This is not about resources, it's not about nationalism it's not even about unionism. The Somaliland government is a democratically elected government elected to represent the interest of the all the people of Somaliland. It has every right to sign contracts on behalf of its citizens. It signs deals for every region in somaliland like the UK or any government would.
