War xaji hadalki ba ku dagaay. The 1991 peace accords signed in burco 1991 may 18. Has every clan elders signature on it las canod to loa cado. Stating the end of the union somaliland and Somalia and thee establishment of somaliland based on previously similar borders. Legally speaking the entire somaliland border in accordance with the same treaties that established Somalia and Djibouti were used. Now if someone signs a contract in 1991 islamically or otherwise legally they are bound by the terms and conditions of that contract. I signed a contract in 1991 and another one in 1998 that appose it is not legally valid. Therefore somaliland has the right of use of force to enforce a legally binding contract.

If Xunjuf was asked to solve the Somali stalemate
CidanSultan replied to Xaaji Xunjuf's topic in Politics
^^^ Aideed was the only decent thing the south ever produced AUN. Lion of the south....its a shame under his leadership the south would have been very different. But the siadist divided them into two groups and played them one against the other. No logic really this lot today the AU protectorate Of Somalia exists because of that and they talk about unity when they hide behind Burundian tanks. Seriously... -

Is that why the somaliland flag flies over every city in somaliland except te village I buhoodle. While the Burundian flag flys cross the entire south. It pains you to see the reality that is obvious malister. Seeing you have been arguing the somali army is getting back on it feet for over 5 years while captain Akuna matata slaps around your so called generals in the airport. While your president is walked to the toilet by the au and has sleepiness nights because of Alshabab mortars. The reality is Somalia is dead 22 years going and you are still at stage one. The world has givin up and if it was not for Alshabab they would not care. Somaliland controls from Lascanod to the Djibouti border no one can deny that because I can drive from Lascanod to the Djibouti border and nothin but somaliland army. Seeing I am givin you a lesson in truth. Leadership that is hogged and those who destroyed the bulk of the siadist army are to different things. The SNM destroyed the entire northern SNA. The government in mugdisho was on it death bed and what reer mugdisho did was see the weak government and push it over and declare themselves the leaders and the result has been 22 years of killing each other while we have created a nation from scratch. This is because you were second class citizens for so long under the siadist that freedom was to much to bare hahahah.... Please prove me wrong Hahaha -

If Xunjuf was asked to solve the Somali stalemate
CidanSultan replied to Xaaji Xunjuf's topic in Politics
When it comes to the pirates and neo siadists...they blong to Somaliland. Why...? because of the legality of the anglo-italian treaty, Anglo Ethiopian and Anglo French Treaty..of which both Somalia and Djibouti are based on. There is no defeated lot treaty...no clan when it comes to national borders. Another reason is because we can make it happen....through the barrel of the Gun to enforce that legality. -

The SNM had destroyed the back of the Somali Army in what was then the north. SNM liberated Somaliland before the southern xamaris could free themselves from the slavery they were living in. The SNM funded and created the vision to topple the regime. Here is Adideed stating the same thing with his very mouth... If it were not for the SNM the southerners would still be living in slavery. Do you honoustly believe that a people who could not create a government or state could single handedly overthrough the regime. The regime was destroyed they merely tipped it over. -
^^^^ Hahahaha funny people... It brings a lot of joy to me to see the state the neo siadists have been left it. Hahah....

These people were never hunters they merely re wrote history under the kacaan years to make themselves hunters the top dervishes were landers as the British themselves declared. The most pro British qabil were the las canod folk according to the British and simply over night under the kacaan Mohammed mirre was invented and the dervishes became las canod folk hahah You gotta love the attempt though. The reality is the reality of today. The landers have been conquering territory after territory from these people even as a rebel force they defeated sub Saharas largest African military power reducing siadist to the 2.5 region desert wasteland they came from. Mugdisho is off limits, somaliland is gone and has taken with it half of them and all they do is write about "It's the final nail" Hahahah... I'm here... You could not defeat me historically... And even with all the soviet arms, somali taxes and airpower and yet you still talk. Hahaha.... That's all you have left. So enjoy... -

^^^ hope that helps you sleep at night. Landers protect 50,000 southerners in somaliland who fled warfare, they donated 400,000 dollars for the famine in the south. They united with the south to create the somali republic. The Ethiopian war was headquarterd from Hargaisa not to mention the downfall of siad barre. Somaliland harbours no ill feelig towards the south they just don't want to be part of the union and who can blame them. As for the siadist they belong to the mighty lander nation. They can keep Hopeing that's all they hae left Landers were attacked don't forget that and the defeated lot are just sad we took everything they had. Keep crying over the internet we are not going to stop until the game is over I.e full seperstion. Today we have different currencies, passports, laws, borders although unrecognised. An entire generation can not remember life as part of Somalia. And the best you can say is they are still part of it. Lack of recognition doesn't matter when the whole world treats us like a seperate country. Somalia is for God he will do with it what he wills all I know is that it is far from stable, independent or even a state. Recognition doesn't mean anything when you have nothing but recognition. If we can unite the somali speaking people's, destroy siad barre and create a state from scratch a few haters on Somalia online are nothing really. Hahaha....

The blind leading the blind. 22 years in Somaliland is stronger then ever. Those who continue to write that its "the final nail" in our coffin have themselves been killed and barried. Somaliland sits in las canod the entire state from Somalia to Djibouti is centralised from Hargaisa and the international community although not recognising somaliland argue for special case circumstances in every forum. Militarily, economically, politically, socially Somaliland is getting stronger. Wishing and Hopeing and actual reality are two different things. What chances do you have today when you siadists were destroyed by the landers as a rebel army. Throw in the towel the game is almost over not for us but for you. Mark my words -

Xaji Somalia rising is talking about las Korey when his village Lascanod has the somaliland flag flying over it. One thing the defeated lot pass on in genetics is a lack of reason. The man who can not enter las canod and whose capital is within firing distance is saying the same president is scared of entering las Corey. Saxib Somalia rising your entire people belong to me. Forget las canod... From las canod to the Ethiopian highlands. History shows you can not defeat me therefore my will shall always prevail. -

What lander would be barried in mugdisho. It's not his land. Even if he was born on it his land is somaliland. -
NARRATIVES about countries, especially under-reported ones, can be hard to shift. For the last two years Somalia's narrative has been one of fragile progress. The international community rallied around Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, Somalia's president, selected in murky circumstances in 2012. The main threat to the new man was said to the continued presence of Islamist militants, the Shabab, who have controlled large swathes of south and central Somalia. A new offensive by African Union troops against the group, which was responsible for the deadly attack on a mall in Kenya last year, ought to be good news. In reality it is a sideshow. The president, once popular with donors prepared to pour billions of dollars into Somalia, has lost his aura. The loss of two central bank governors in the space of two months laid bare the continuing bane of corruption. Yussur Abrar, who left her post abruptly last November, complained she had been pressured to sign deals that put frozen assets at risk and left "open the door to corruption”. Two years of international donors' conferences and what one analyst called the "absurd optimism" surrounding Mr Hassan Sheikh, have led nowhere. The president is now seen by Western diplomats as little better than his loathed predecessor, Sheikh Sharif Ahmed. Meanwhile, no progress had been made on how Somalia should work as a state, says Cedric Barnes, a regional expert with the International Crisis Group, a think tank. "The fundamental issue is that there is no agreement over what Somalia should look like and how it should be governed," said Mr Barnes. Under a UN-backed transitional plan Somalia is due to hold elections by 2016. This deadline is no longer taken seriously. The president's writ barely extends beyond the seaside capital; his authority is not recognised in most of the country, which is divided into fractious regions. Meanwhile the Shabab, who have long been adept at feeding off political grievances, have crept back into Mogadishu. They were able to launch a deadly attack on the presidential compound, Villa Somalia, in February. Women in some parts of the city are once again being threatened for not wearing a veil. The offensive against the Shabab, announced on March 12th, is unlikely to change any of this. An advance by Ethiopian forces may dislodge militants from some of the towns they hold, hitting revenues from local markets. It may even cut the militants off from pools of new recruits. But it is just as likely to burnish the Shabab's nationalist credentials while pushing more of their fighters towards the capital. Areas coming under Ethiopian control may see the re-emergence of old grievances. After two decades of more-or-less civil war, the fighting still distracts from the more essential need for political agreement.
