I hate all Somalis, . To be loved, one has to earn it. The most hateful people on earth, indeed!. If they hate each other, why should they expect to be loved by one?.

Centralism is a project by Benadiri folk, nothing else. As the Dr said, Centralism is a legacy of the colonialists. It has no roots in our culture at all. Somalis, being an egalitarian society had defined territories of grazing for each clan, but had (and still have) sharing of grazing and water. Each clan had their Sultan/Garaad or Boqor. These tribes had a Somali Xeer which we in modern times, call Constitution. Cooperation in times of peace and conflict solving, in times of war, were under the responsibility of those guurti. The problem of convincing the southerners to accept federalism has a cultural background, apart from economical and dominance. The South was different from the North. The Italian rule was abslute and central, and the Colonial rulers dismantled the Oday dhaqameed traditional system altogether. That is why Konfurians don't understand this loose political system which is known as federalism. No Somali to my knowledge supports a Central government excep Benaadiri folk, and probably some from Central Somalia for obvious reasons. Central governance is a lost case in Somalia. It is dead!.

Miyir, Why they didn't learn peace building before a million people lost their lives?. They should be told it is too late to catch up guys, enrol in the next class. OK, I got it. So the IRIR thing is a political tool of cobbling together some people with no historical and cultural bondage to tilt the political weight to their advantage. ^^ I am not familiar with the Somali Constitution but I don't think it violates it. There is a difference between a Consular and Ambassador. The Ambassador represents his country and engages in political matters, while a Consular is represents his country in commercial affairs and probabably other non political interests of his State. A Consular has nothing to do with the Federal politics, Military and or anything which is under the jurisdiction of the Federal State.

i remember watching a video clip about Maydh. in the clip some fishing company were complaining abou freferigeration. They used to buy ice from Yemen to freeze the catch beore selling their product in Erigavo, El afweyn and other towns. This project is one of its kind in Maydh. Kudos guys and congrats. My proposal is to invest in fishing boats, trucks withbfreezers and packaging machinery. One step at a time. We need some light industry in the frankincence and mirrah for extracting oil, whichbare used in medicine and perfumes. We sendxthese products to the Middle East cheaply and they sell them triple the cost price to European companies. Such light industries of processing our native products will boost the economy and employment. But before we embark on these projects, we have to solve the endemic shortage of energy. The best we we can be self sufficient in energy is to take advantage of wind and solar. Both alternatiives are abundant in our country through out the year. The initial investment could be high but this clean energy is sustainable and profitable in the long run. We need energetic young energy with vision who have an understanding of the 21 st century global economy. The old politicians should retire and give a chance to their sons and daughters. In the West, people enjoy when they retire but it is the other wy around in the third world. They only vacate the seat either by bullet or by natural death. Dang, they are are greedy!.

I am not familiar with Southern Bantus but I have seen a documentary of Southern Sudanese. The guys have never travelled in a plane or a car and have never seen a traffic light before. They were given an appartment so everything must be taught to them, even how to start the fan. The most funny thing was when one of the guys got a job in a factory after a while. He was told how much money he will earn pr month. On pay day, he was handed with an envelope. He said "what is this?", and he was told it is his money. After openning the envelope, he pulled out a check and nothing else was in the envelope. He asked his supervisor why he was lied to when he started the job. To make it short, the supervisor had to explain that he can go to the bank and cash it. He was so upset, beliving the supervisor is still cheating him. At last, the manager told the supervisor told the supervisor to follow him to the bank and cash the check for him. Don't think that all new arrivals from Africa are familiar with urban life, some are right from the bush.
