  1. What shall we do After Ramadan Ramadan is over …. and the feast also Where will you go ? To the way of obedience or the way of disobedience I hear you while you say that let me to live for a time ; I was hardly worshiping Allah in Ramadan , and I was performing prayers in their prescribed time . Moreover , I gave alms giving to poor people, but all these things mean nothing unless you continue doing that. Do not upset what you have done in Ramadan, and good actions should come after wrong actions. You should resume your good doings even if they are little- Ramadan come to an end, but you do not worship Ramadan, you worship Allah- Br ready for what you have been promised as Allah says: "Be quick in the race for forgiveness from your Lord, and for a Garden whose width is that (of the whole) of the heavens and of the earth, prepared for the righteous". (2:133) By Allah, one moment spent in Allah's obedience is better than the world. Hey, leave this phone and stop gossiping and backbiting .come on to a prayer, to Allah's house and to Qur'an recitation. Let us conquer Satan, our enemy , and let us preserve good doings. Do not forget Allah not to make you forget yourselves. Keep yourself close to Allah through continuous actions ; according to the Prophet's (pbuh) speech: "The most beloved deeds to Allah's the most regular and constant even though it were little" [Narrated by Al Bukhari]. 2. Lailatul Qadr was not granted to any religious community (Ummah) before Muslims. Only the Ummah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) were favoured with a night of huge reward. Once reason, it was granted, was to enable Muslims to equal the worship of any people who lived before us. In the distant past it is said that people lived very long lives of hundreds of years. We, today, live much shorter lives. And so Allah gave us Laitatul Qadr to enable us to do as much worship as a man who lived even hundreds of years longer. If in a lifetime, you only worshipped on Lailatul Qadr ten times, you would have equaled in those ten nights 833 years of worship.
  3. Ramadan, the month of soul purification. Allah (swt) says, in His Holy Qur'an that “And [by] the soul and He who proportioned it; And inspired it [with discernment of] its wickedness and righteousness, he has succeeded who purifies it.” (Qur’an, 91:7-9)We all suffer from the constant annoying whispers of the shaytan (devil) that just won’t go away, thus making the task of purification even more difficult. For this reason, the blessed month of Ramadan is an ideal time to work on purifying our souls. Not only does Allah (swt) lock away all those evil shayateen (devils) during the entire month; but fasting in itself is a form of purification. Fasting softens our hearts, weakens our human desires and instills in us the pleasant qualities of patience and will-power. Unlike the normal days of the year, we feel more inclined to do righteous deeds and to keep away from committing sins. This Ramadan, let us all choose one unwanted quality about ourselves that we wish to change and make a conscious effort to purify ourselves of it. Piety is a characteristic of soul purification accomplished in Ramadan ;Allah says: "O you who believe! fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may guard (against evil)." (2:183) Moreover, God has given man the power and insight to choose his course in life. God has also given man the attribute of knowledge in an abstract form. This is the divine trust that man has assumed. The Holy Quran says: "Surely We offered the trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, but they refused to be unfaithful to it and feared from it, and man has turned unfaithful to it; surely he is unjust, ignorant." (33:72) Satan, who symbolizes the wrong and animal dimensions of man, refused out of arrogance to prostrate before Adam and was cast out of Paradise. So, in order to retaliate, he has been tempting man ever since. For salvation, man needs the purification of his soul in addition to knowledge and insight. Such purification is obtained by having heartfelt faith in God. Man's soul should enjoin him unto good, not unto evil. Man should not be a prisoner of his soul enjoining himself unto evil. Ayatullah Ruhollah Khomeini (ra) said that if man wanted to attain human perfection, he should avoid worldly pleasures and strive to get nearer to God. The Holy Quran says:"It is He who has placed you as viceroys of the earth....". Then how can man, as a viceroy of God, be without the divine attributes of his Lord?" A true man of faith has kindled the fire of faith within him, and fasting is something that enhances his faith. Holy Prophet Muhammad (saww) said: "Fasting is prescribed for man to purify his soul." In Ramadan, the month of fasting, you become the guest of God. Do praise Him with devotion. God will answer all your prayers in this month. Fasting is the glad tidings of God's all-embracing mercy. Imam Ali (as) asked Holy Prophet Muhammad (saww) on the last Friday of the month of Sha'ban: "What is the best thing to do in http://islam.spacechanels.com/ "">Ramadan?" The Prophet answered: "The best thing is to avoid committing sins." (Yun al-Akhbar ar-Ridha, vol.1). It is also stated that eating and drinking alone do not cause refraining from fasting. It should be known that refraining from everything that causes man to part from God is also counted. Fasting has many advantages. God calls man to His feast while he is hungry, so then man can best appreciate the value of His bounties. Therefore, my beloved people be generous in Ramadan, pay money to poor people as possible as you can . “The Prophet, prayers and peace of Allah be upon him, was the most generous of all people, and he used to reach the peak in generosity in the month of Ramadan when he meets with Jibrîl [Gabriel]. Jibrîl, peace be upon him, used to meet him every night of Ramadan to teach him the Quran. The Messenger of Allah, prayers and peace of Allah be upon him, when Gabriel meets him, was even more generous than the strong uncontrollable wind (in readiness and haste to do charitable deeds).” [Reported by Al-Bukhari]( ). Read the Holy Qur'an , as you can listen to blessing recitations of Qur'an.
  4. Ramadan, the Month of Qur’an We are about to receive Ramadan, the month of Qur’an. Therefore, we should prepare ourselves for this occasion which happens once a year. But what shall we do during this Holy month? The answer is that you should be more close to Allah through good deeds such as Staying at the mosque. Our ideal, in this action, is the Apostle (PBUH) who used to practise I’tikaf in the last ten days of the month of Ramadan and in the year in which he passed away, he practised I’tikaf in the last twenty days (of Ramadan) Transmitted by Al-Bukhari) I’tikaf is away of worship that includes reciting the holy Quran, additional prayers, praise of Allah, invocations etc. one might think that it is easy for a person who has a strong and true will. Moreover, one can perform Umra as the prophet (PBUH) stated, performing umra in Ramadan is equivalent to Hajj (in reward) or to Hajj with me, (in another report) Transmitted by Al-Bukhari and Muslim). Hence, one should perform remembrance of Allah and ask Allah for forgiveness at the time before dawn. c) At a certain time which could be the last hour of that day. Lastly I would like to draw your attention dear brother to something of great importance and that is the sincerity of one’s intention for many a fasting person would get no reward for his fasting if it lacks sincerity and devotion, that is why the prophet (PBUH) has always stressed this point by saying: with faith and the intention to earn the reward, Allah says: Say: I am but a man like yourselves, (but) the inspiration has come to me, that your God is one God: whoever expects to meet his Lord, let him work in righteousness, and in the worship of his lord, admit no one as partner! Al Kahf (the cave) 110 Allah’s Apostle (PBUH) also said what I fear most for you is minor polytheism. They said: What is it? He said: it is hypocrisy.
  5. How do you invest the most precious moments in life? Indeed, the soul is a persistent enjoiner of evil, except those upon which my Lord has mercy. If you are not per-occupied with obedience, you will be engaged in sins. We always hear this proverb” time and tide stay for no man, but we do not put it into effect. Now we should take an oath to make use of the moments of our life and to increase our assets of good deeds. Anyone can say how will I invest my time, and I can say that the best thing to do is to memorize, study and to implement the orders the Holy book (Qur’an) .The prophetic tradition stimulates us to utilize our life in useful works as the apostle of Allah (May the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:” "Take (benefit from) five before (the occurrence of) five: Your youth before old age; and your health before sickness; and your wealth before poverty; and your free time before per-occupation; and your life before death." Do not insert yourself amongst those who lend deaf ears to the memorizing of Allah. Take Qur’an as a companion when you see those who hold the worldly life per-occupied with their world, its inconsistent debris, gossip, and playing. Utilize every moment in reciting & memorizing the Holy Qur'an. There are a lot of benefits, you can get as a result of recitation and teaching of the Holy Qur’an; Allah said in His holy book: {Those who rehearse the Book of Allah and establish prayer and spend out of what We have given them secretly and openly, they will never fail to pay them their wages, and gives them increase of His bounty He is Forgiving, thanks} [creator: 29-30]. Moreover, the apostle of Allah said: (read the Koran, it comes the Day of Resurrection interceding for its companions) Narrated by Muslim.- And said peace be upon him: (such as a believer who reads the Koran, such as Alotrjh, good fragrance and good taste) Bukhari and Muslim. - There is no doubt that the whole of learning the Qur'an and teaching is more perfect that is complementary to himself and others, inclusive of benefit of the minor on himself and benefit the infringer to the other, so they said peace be upon him: (The best amongst you to learn the Koran and knowledge) Narrated by Bukhari. 6. The companion in Ramadan Allah says in His Holy Qur’an “Ramadan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an, as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (Between right and wrong). (2, 185) In normal days, we are engaged in our work and in the life responsibilities forgetting our sacred rituals. Most of us do not have any relation with Qur’an, since we are now about to witness the month of Ramadan in which Qur’an was revealed to the apostle of Allah, Mohammed (May the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and in which the devils have been chained up, now is the opportunity to change this state of affairs. We should come back to Allah and to His words. To worship Allah correctly during this month, we fast during the day and pray at nights, particularly Laylat al-Qadr, the night the Qur'an was revealed, as Allāh tells us “We sent it down on a Blessed Night: We have ever been sending warnings.” [44:3]. whoever recites Qur’an in Ramadan will receive multiplied reward and the messenger of Allah was more generous in Ramadan as the prophetic traditions told us; Ibn 'Abbas narrates "that the Messenger of Allah (May Allah bless him and grant him peace) was the most generous person, and he would be at his most generous in Ramadan because Jibril would come to him every night and he would rehearse the Qur'an with him." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Eng. trans. 6/486) Therefore, do not deprive yourself from this reward; recite Qur’an and listen to it through blessed recitation.
