I have personally been to Abaarso Tech this past summer and I was given a tour of the place. We intended to enroll relatives of mine that were born in the states but who's parents chose to raise them in Hargeisa. I remember seing that the boys and girls were actually seperated from their living quarters. There were armed guards that make sure there was no sexual contact between the sexes. I even have a Somali female friend from VA that teaches at that school, I never heard her complain, actually she on her way to the states for the holiday break.

This is all I used while I was in Somalia recently. It works wonders walaahi. You carry your phone around and you just leave your wallet at home. I was there 4 months and I only carried my wallet when I was retrieving money from Xawaalada.
