I'd build hospitals across Somalia, the sewege/electricity/water system would be built where needed and upgraded where it already exist so that people will have access to basic health services, clean water and electricity. I'd build schools and mosques, libraries, foster cares and invest in the economy overall. I'd reserve some of the money as scholarships for students with excellent academic merits so that they can study their desired majors abroad.

This is both great initiative and opportunity for graduates and upcoming graduates. I think similar initiatives/organizations for students with the same majors would be resourceful. Especially at the local level because they could be of practical assistance to each other.

It obviously doesn't work for all men given the amount of people that go behind their so called friends' back or least make the attempt. Does the same to apply to women....I wonder?
