  1. No one should get over excited about the possibility of Ethiopia falling apart. If Ethiopia disintegrates like the former USSR and Yegoslavia and then each entity declares independence then nothing will stop the international community from adding Somaliland to the mix of new nations. Moreover, the kililka shanaad will not be able to function as an independent state as it mirrors the former Somali Republic will all its clan animosity and mistrust of power and politics.
  2. I don't know what era you are still living in Mr Galbeedi, but in today's open market capitalism national governments in the developed parts of the world are actually sort of allergic to holding on to any previously nationalised assets. In Britain everything is almost privatised. Now a days, not even the jealously guarded NHS is at all safe from the axe of the Conservative party. The poor socialists have to literally fight tooth and nail to keep it in the public hands but somehow every year bits and pieces of the organisation ends in the arms of private providers. So the 65% stake of DWP in this joint venture is actually a great deal for Somaliland given that a substantial investment will be made by the Emiratis and Berbera port will benefit from the efficient management of the experienced company. On top of this Somaliland will get the God given opportunity we have been waiting for so long to witness- the departure of Cali Xoor Xoor.
  3. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-37387362 As long as the Somalis keep kissing Arabian @sses and don't do something about their inferiority complex, Arab barbarians of all sorts will continue to take advantage of the dimwits in our communities. Why don't the brainwashed idiots wage a war against the Burmese Buddhists who are ethnic cleansing the powerless Rohingya Muslims? Why not a ''jihad'' against the Chinese government who actively stopped some of their Muslim communities from fasting during Ramadan? Why no ''jihad'' against Russia for spilling so much Syrian blood? The problem is, the Arabs are obsessed with the West and have a deep inferiority complex when it comes to the white man who is clearly superior to them in many ways and the Somalis in turn idolise the Arabs as their dads.
  4. Inaabti baddan aad wakhtiga iskaga ridayso dadbaa kaadidooda usoo cabay oo wax aad adiga iyo reer Burco boodhwayn ku leedihiin ayaaba iska yar markaa maxaad kaloo inoo haysaa
  5. Why can't the government let the people vote for whoever they want whereever they live in the country instead of requiring voters to cast their votes only in their "deegaan"? If we claim to be a democracy then surely we should vote like the real democracies do. I am really at loss as to why Somaliland is unwilling to have proper democratic elections when we have all tne tools for such elections at our disposal. The current system just creates confusion and conflicts in the country.
  6. Let us ask Mr Saalax the question: "what are your issues with the East Burco clan?
  7. @Mooge said: saalax, iskawaran niyoow. Siilaanyo is silent these days making fake deals with loser galaydh. darwiish family is still divided along clan lines with galaydh subclan siding with siilanyo and garad saleban family still big on puntland. So you are ravelling at the division of the Sool clan!!
  8. ^ Don't waste your time on Saalax as for him politics is to hate a certain Burco clan and all that is associated with it.
  9. @galbeedi said: Barwaaqo, ina adeer, hawl weyn baad wadaa beryahane waa sidee. Waxaan u malaynayaa in laguu magaacabay Xogayaha war faafinta. . Malaa wadnahaa ku xanuunay markii aad aragtay inay reer sool kaalintii ay Somaliland ku lahaayeen soo galeen :-D
  10. ^ I couldn't agree with you more Mr Halac. Its all about the money the Mogadishu gang claim from the IOC. Unfortunately, anyone with the word Somali in their description has to get used to being embarrassed and humiliated so publicly every four years.
  11. @Barwaaqo said: Isxambaar.com Shaqo kasta oo aanad kibrad u lahayn waa lagu guul daraystaa. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKjxwpqI5mc I avoided posting this for fear of being embarrassed all over again. I just can't understand why don't the mooryaans sending these amateurs to the international stage choose better athletes from all the bipedal creatures at their disposal?
  12. Robel is the son of the president of Ethiopia's swimming federation. The idiot who runs that sport federation had absolutely no sense of shame when he decided to deny more capable men to represent his country and instead sent his clinically obese son to the fastest even in the Olympic swimming. But I admit I admire Mr Robels guts and his not so bad swimming skills :-D http://edition.cnn.com/2016/08/11/sport/robel-habte-ethiopia-swimmer/
  13. They don't need to be in Mogadishu physically as the whole thing can be done online if they have the will. If Ninyaaban can organise the "best nomad" election in this forum every new year, then the coronation of the corruption-in-chief of the land should be doodles. The only thing needed besides a computer is an active mobile money transfer account.
  14. To me the commentator is more entertaining than the actual game. Anyway, isn't it better to be more honest and say the names of the two clans represented here instead of beating around the bush with land this land that :-D
  15. If Ethiopia breaks up and descends into chaos and ethnic conflict, the consequences for Somaliland and to some extent Puntland would be disastrous. The Oromo migrant problem of today will pale into insignificance when millions of refugees overwhelm our towns and cities. In my opinion a failed Ethiopia is not in our interest so let us pray for a reformed Ethiopia where democracy and the rule of law are strengthened.
  16. The Turkish police officers and the men and women who risked their lives to overpower the tanks and the armed soldiers in order to stop the takeover of their country by anti Islam forces are in my opinion the true mujaahidiin. This act of bravery and sacrifice by the noble Turks should be an example to all Muslims. This is true Islam indeed.
  17. This previously unimaginable crime was the watershed for me regarding the lack of values of these satanic groups. From now on, I won't be shocked whatever atrocities they commit.
  18. Mashaallah, this great service will help not only the people of Boosaaso but also those in the wider area like the residents of Ceergaabo.
  19. I failed to understand why the Somali men have problems with the use of contraceptives like condoms and pills? If the men can't look after their wives and kids both financially and emotionally, then perhaps they should dump their cum elsewhere.
  20. You are so naive Mr Saalax. The important issue here is not the station coming online again but the kidnap and detention of a Somaliland citizen by the Ethiopian forces inside Somaliland. The Siilaanyo administration has many questions to answer.
  21. Somalis are going through a severe trial and tribulations everywhere. Ilaahay xaaladeena ha hagaajiyo.
  22. They say bismillah and then clap for the murder of women and children. These folks are dying of clan hatred subxaanallah.

  24. I am surprised this man is still roaming free. He should be eliminated as a soon as possible. Somaliland should not ignore this mass murderer and should deal with him or pay others to do the job for us. I am sure there is no shortage of warriors desperate for cash who would be more than happy to take on this noble mission. If the government is not willing to do this, then the public should organise themselves and appoint a committee to hire suitable guys. Walaahi I am willing to pay my share if the victims of Morgan's war crimes get together and take on the noble task of bringing this criminal to justice.
