Sharing of the management of the control center by both governments. 3. Two separate air traffic control centres recognised by the international community. 4. UN ban of all international flights entering the Somali airspace.

We should have good relations with this clan but the government of Somaliland should make it clear to them that as their region is beyond Somaliland's borders they cannot be part of Somaliland at least politically and should therefore live in harmony with their brothers and sisters in Puntland. Whatever ONLF's clan agenda is, I think it is in everyone's interest to support them and show the recently empowered Oromo a united front. The Oromo hordes have their eyes on our region's potential $7 Billion per annum energy revenues. Everything should be done to deny them such an opportunity.
