I feel sad about what happened to our brothers and sisters in the Ogaden region and Somaliland's contribution to their suffering is very regrettable. I agree with you that Somalis are territorially tribal but can you see how you are contradicting yourself here? Somaliland's Eastern regions are occupied and governed by the clans that own it. It is also those clans who have made the political decision to be part of Somaliland. So Puntland has got no legitimate claim or any right to rule those regions. It is not your land.
