It is with sad regret to inform SOL and SOLers I've been.......
Tallaabo replied to Alpha Blondy's topic in General
Alpha why don't you be honest with us and confess that you had a harmone driven, heat of the moment encounter with your Xabashiyad maid without the necessary gear and as a result freaking out about the consequences? -
Why Are Somalilander Women so Hard LOL and lack Femininity?
Tallaabo replied to Alpha Blondy's topic in General
In my opinion, the Barwaani girls are the gold standard among the Somali women. They are so loving and make good companion. But it is also true that generally most of the Somali women become good wives and good mothers. However, it is I am afraid the Somali men like Alpha who are the weekest link in the Somali society. Waa kuwa lagu khasaaray. -
^I knew that but wanted you to make some confessions to me, like the Catholics do when they go to church. Anyway, I fasted today and so I am hoping that my bad records are not only wiped clean but my whole bad records book is fed into the heavenly shredder and disposed off in an environmentally friendly manner.

Thanks Bilaal. Inshaa Allah I will fast tomorrow. @ Bluecious. Its 2012 & 2013 I think. Are you worried about 2012? Did you do some really bad things?

Xaaju Xunjuf you are being hypocritical here. You would never entertain the idea of Somaliland joining the mess of Sounthern Somalia and Mogadisho, so why do you want the people of Puntland to invest their precious and scarce time, energy, and resources in what is still a very volatile and corrupt region? Are you not aware of the saying of our beloved prophet (scw) that you should love for your brother what you love for yourself? If the peace and prosperity you wish for Somaliland is dependent on it being away from the meyham of Mogadisho, then you should also be advising the Puntlanders to be causious in their dealing with Mogadisho. I think Faroole is a very wise and capable politician and knows that the long term interest of Somalia is dependent on the regions taking responsibility for their own development.

I think if Somalis are given the right to use their one vote in any state they choose, a lot of the problems arising from 'this tuulo belongs to me and that tuulo I share' will be a thing of the past. Moreover, with the 'one man one vote' system there will be complete equality and representation of all the clans no matter how big or small a clan is because every member of every clan will have their voice.
-
Can't there be one man one vote in the Jubas and indeed in all the free Somali regions of the Horn? Soomaalidu maskax xumaa horta!!

For all his fake tears and wailing during the homecoming of his late master's body, this is the reward for Ilay. I cannot help but revel at the predicament of this fat shameless biatch.

Mr Lizard. Its hate filled people like you who should be deported to the ends of the earth, not the most peaceful and hardest working Somalis.

Somaliland: Today, 28 Years Ago - 17th October 1984

Lixle should have an airport, port, or a major area in one of Somaliland's cities named after him. -

Mr Chimera; I don't know if you had been to Somaliland in the last two decades but Hargeisa and Berbera do not need any checkpoints to be secure. They are already much more safer then cities like London and New York where murders, robbery, and rape are committed on daily basis.

^There is a virus in this thread I think. Wiil cusub's computer and sol account are probably hacked. The admin should know about this.

Aaliyyah;875392 wrote: You demand from people to respect Edna despite her degrading clannish remarks because you state the northern culture calls for respect toward elders. By the same token you decided to insult Oba’s whole line of ancestors with your statement “his entire ancestry cannot hope to have accomplished a quarter of what Edna has done”. So you have studied thoroughly all Oba’s ancestors and know for a fact that they combined through many generations have accomplished nothing close to your Edna? You want to take the liberty to insult others but you want to hold those from your clan on a pedestal. Being from the North myself I don’t know where in the north they practice that one-sided respect. So let me educate you the Somali culture calls for respect toward elders regardless of their clan affiliation. However, someone like Edna who put herself in a spotlight and decided to demean and degrade her fellow Somalis publicly then whatever people call her it is something she asked for. I may disagree with you when it comes to politics, but here you got a point I can support.
-
I think Ms Edna should be confronted about her remarks in that video. There is no excuse to insult a whole society like that let alone our own fellow Somalis. Speaking abusively about a whole society is unacceptable both Islamically and diplomatically.

Somalia;874902 wrote: 60,000, in what world? I call on Hargeisa to extradite the men behind the massacres in Mudug during the early 1980s to Gaalkacyo where they will face justice, if justice is what you are looking for that is. I support your call for justice. No war criminal should escape justice. No community should protect war criminals, it is un-Islamic.

^ No my sources told me Godane will not be PM but will be appointed as Somalia's ambassador to Guantanamo Bay.

General Duke;874349 wrote: Yes it might be his last. But the secessionist has never had the privilege of attending such a meeting. Your whole project is at a loss. Now you have been reduced to nothing and looking on a game that you barely comprehend. Look on there are more Pictures coming.. At the general assembly of the UN, one could see the leader of the tiny, sinking Pacific island of Nauru(ever heard of it?) giving speeches and rubbing shoulders with the world leaders. However, there was no sign of the president of Taiwan- an economic, technological, and military powerhouse by any measure. Does that mean the international community respect Nauru more than Taiwan? The president of Somaliland may not be on the hunt for autographs, but the world knows that just like Taiwan, Somaliland is a free, democratic, and prospering country with no foreign boots on its soil.

Aaliyyah;872997 wrote: All the facts on the ground point out that people of khaatumo makhir and awdal want to be part of the somalia and support unity. As for your second post let me tell you that your clan rebel group didn't chase anyone and the rebellion in the waqooyi galbeed ended in 88. And siyad barre's rule ended 1991 in muqadishu good three years later. 5 months after siyad bare's departure your rebel group came back from exile to hargaisa. I suggest you learn history as it is. Your scholarly version of the SNM history is awe-inspiring.
