Some responses! I thought this forum had a newb-phobia running right through it.

A secular state is not necessarily anti-religion or God, that is so because of the Western approach. In Media, the Prophet himself operated a form of an a-religious state which governed the affairs of the Muslims, the Pagans and Jews, all equal under the law.

I'm with those who question the timing of the report -- this information must have been available for some time, why release all this now?

I guess no one has an opinion on the guy. :confused:

I'm curious as to the opinions folks have on the Roadmap process and its architect, the current Prime Minister Abdiweli Ali. Has he been good for the country? Made things worse? I've not read much about him here but have seen many threads on Pres Sharif, Farmaajo and other politicians.
