The professor and others should have just been a bystanding factor with no relevance. I think PL played it well to let the opportunist do the work soon the general population will be dis-interested in their false promises, and PL being percieved as counter weight to the oppressive clan militia in Lascanood, will have more leverage and be able to perminantly incorporate the Public of those regions into PL, this would be on mutual trust and cooperation rather than through military conquest, in the long run this strategy will also mean PL military capabilities will not be wasted, and will be reserved for when the people of those regions decide they want their government to kick out the thugs. Its a win win if you ask me. in the mean time the SNM militia will be slowly eroded.

It's hardly a substance that will harm the marine life of the PL coast. Naga daaya dee. aggregate Cement depending on what material used is one of the deadliest material to come in contact will, the is a reason why engineering firm take time to create retaining walls and silt screens when performing jobs duties, some cement are made with hard crystalline compounds that behave in the same manner as crushed glass, if one inhales it they will be shredded inside out, most fish that breath this in will die almost instantaneously. Cement is nothing to take lightly believe me.

As for the professor he is right everything needs a political solution. no This administration is not interested in that region, was it not PL force that drove you kin from lascaanod in 2003, reer khatumo need to realize that political opportunist do not care about the interest of the common man.
  5. tatu. The somaliu are not inherently violant as the bantu, compare any african country that has experience civil war to somalia and you will find that , although somali civil war was bloody it was much better than the bantus, the kenya are obedient by nature they are afraid of power and never challenge it , thats why they have had peace for so long most kenyans live in abstract poverty, but never challenge the statues quo, their country is under financial imperialism and they feel the new comers the somalis are getting more from their country than they are. If there wasnt a strong government structure that was basically handed over to them by their colonial master they would never have had the vision to come together in that manners, and even today hey have some of the worst inter-tribal wars in east africa. I fear what a kenyan collapse would bring, i have no doubt in my mind that they would most likely genocide each other like the rwandas, and in the process they would most likely wipe out a good majority of the somali population in the country...God willing it will not come to that.

When I got downstairs to the shops for my mother, the gun shots were off and the crowds were amassing on either side of the road. The non-Somali Kenyans were up in arms in their machetes and were not the ones we use to exchange jokes anymore. One of them tells me a Somali mother and a teenager were burnt to death and there are many other Somali victims. Soon as I got back to the house I had to bring my machete closeby. What were are dealing with here are thuggish opportunist who lay about to take advantage of situations like this. I hear this is a common practice of theirs. Well, we will see about that. The only thing they should have advantage of will be my machete. My only concern is with the vulnerable women and children whom they target. Allaha badbaadiyo. keep your wits about you its gonna get ugly soon.
  7. these kenyas are heartless they killed 1000 of their own in post election violance last year imagine what they will do to these skinnies running about acting like they are kikuyu...everyone better have his tooree ready whats to come will make 1991 mugdishu look like Paris at summer time, its gonna get ugly quick..god help our people.

I agree with you on this, let keep the conversation civil, your entitled to you opinions but your not entitled to impunity. The government has no right to dictate to somaliland, but somaliland cannot isolate itself to one side of the country, and force people into an ideology they do not support, both sides need to come to the table and negotiate a fair settlement that serve citizens of each "country" (if that is to be the case).

Lol am being immotional, your good at reflection saxib but let me assure you there is nothing to be emotional about, I am not the one on a somaliaonline website talking about a somalia's president , while still posturing as a citizen from another "country", its seem to me that you secessionist have a very strong attachment to Somalia.

The question here is why does someone who is loyal to "another country " be so intrinsically attached to the country in which they lost so many loved ones and are so eager to secede from, I just find it interesting.
  11. Lets give the president the benefit of the Doubt innocent untill proven guilty...Mooge you need to stop with this smear campaign against our dear president.
  12. I hope faroole is not foolish enough to destroy the fragile foundation PL is built on and in which many Puntlanders gave their lives for, there is nothing bad about making a political part so long as they dont you the states power to intimidate others and monopolize power, the last thing we need is a failed state within a failed state.
  13. NGONGE;889580 wrote: ^^ Osman Hassan is the Khaatumo spokesperson, saaxib. I've always believed the man to be a region short of a full federal state but this article of his really confirms his madness. He's a "unionist" who, according to his words at least, has nobody to unite with. The man opposes PL, despises SL and now thinks the people of southern Somalia don't really care for the union. Waa qac keyboard sita! I just find it funny how your fellow secessionist tries to pass this rubbish as news the president has not had enough time to do his job , yet you have people who consider themselves citizens of "another country", spreading propaganda and throwing dirt on his name, one should wonder if the secessionist really are serious about their ambitions.

  15. one should be careful of what he asks for a somali army made in the south, and who's only interest is mugdishu will only serve to make the rest of the country look like mugdishu, I believe right now the best course of action is to have a self defence force for each region, build and develop the country economically to be able to sustain a somali army, build a power infrastructure that is free of bias, build a chain of command that is well disciplined and only answer to their superiors, then start integrating state defense forces, create regional and national defense plans. Finally choose battle tested, educated, patriotic, and enlightened officers, who would be willing to kill & die for any region of somalia. From there we would have the most powerful military in east africa, loyal only to the people of somalia.
  16. Secessionist would know something about puppet government seeing as their whole lalaland is an ethiopian proxy state , led by a proxy clan millitia.

  18. Reer somaliland alwaysd find a way to humiliate themselves, wasnt it a while ago that one of your ships was capture of the cost of lasqoray of which you had to pay ransom, then close after you tried ( two guys with an AK mounted on a fishing vessel ) to capture the city , but fled when you say PL forces closing in...Then again you send in a few technicos who also fled when they say PL forces closing in, i guess 4 is a lucky number...what was the defibnition of insanity agin?

  20. the article was interesting I have a feeling the author is trying to pass of an enlightened person , and his efforts only seems to relegate him to the pompous crowd, he needs to take it easy on the metaphors, the over the top refrences and one can see for the most part that the article has little in the way of content....I hope the author focuses on the issue, instead of going into rants every few sentences....That being Said I thoroughly enjoyed this article.

Stick to where you from man lool waxaadan fahmayn faraha hala soo galin there is no complicated formula saxib the story is pretty clear before reer gedo moved to kismayo there was a pre-existing treaty between the O's and the real owner of the city the Puntlander/***** , signed during the colonial days, then siad barre purposely moved his kin to the city so that his people could have more influence there they lived mostly in government building and nationalized house thank to said barre, then after the fallout of siad barre government unable to lay claim to the city they massacred the natives and used outside force JVA to capture the city, alshabaab dismantled the JVA and the O's using kenya took over the city..now your trying to tell me the city was yours calaacalka daaf saxiib you take by the gun and you lose by the gun focus on rebuilding ghetto..I mean gedo.

  23. reer gedo were never natives of kismayo and forced their way into the city using H block and what was left of said barre military might, so it funny to see those same people making it seem like faroole is some kinda of outsider when everyone knows it was reer puntland that built kismayo ground up. Reer gedo think they will have anymore say in kismayo than the natives that lived their for generation and that shit aint gonna fly...Reer gedo need to start developing their own region and if they are to join jubaland they should join with gedo as their entrance card not kismayo.....SALAMZ As for the kab Iyo lax it have more legitimacy the the H block brotherhood AKA JVA.
