Speaking from experience university life only enhanced my relationship with Allah as i met amazing sisters who shared the same goal of educating themselves to improve society for the sake of Allah. maybe they only hear the negative stories of those who became misguided, but if the parents give their kids a good tarbeya,then insha'Allah they should have nothing to fear as they (the parents) should simply place their trust in Allah,as it's Allah alone who guides us.
