I am hoping for his return purely on the grounds of the infrastructure development projects incl. Bosaso port expansion, Ceel-Dahir - Ceerigaabo road, Garowe-Galkacyo road, Garacad-Tuur Dibi, Garowe-Garacad etc., to be completed.
