  1. Somalia, the Mudug province could do a single administration...The Garowe administration should only govern the Bari and Nugaal province, that way it can be an effective regional governance. The Puntland Galkayo and Galmudug Galkayo will then share a single presidency and parliament for both community

However, what you are, as ever deluded to think of it, is this idea that says, that Somaliland days are numbered because of that. When, in fact the truth of the matter is Somalia after August 0f 2012 , will have much less of a leeway in arguing her legal case against Somaliland. Since the intention is to see to it, to make sure that "interim Authority" which will be hatched for that post-transitional period of Somalia will have nothing or almost nothing to do with Somaliland, as a "legal authority" . Hence, to us, the day of political and legal "clarification" is fast approaching with that August dead-line. And to you, the day, we going to be doomed is also fast approaching, with that same month, indeed. Hence, one of us, will be proving wrong here. Consequently, see to it, that you are going to be around for August, so that we shall see, if Somaliland day has been had, as you have prophesied. Or whether, Somalia, will be forced to accept that ruling Somaliland from Mogadishu is as gone as the wind of yesterday, indeed.. :D In other words, we shall see... Somaliland will not cede without the consent of the South. S Sudan had to agree with the North to part ways, even though Sudan was a state "sponsor of terrorism".
  3. LANDER;788837 wrote: Your fishing here Caraafat, understandable you want peace and talks between Somaliland and Somalia to take root. But attending a conference for the sake of talking to a newly formed tribal militia is a stretch to say the least. Somaliland will not shy away from talking to anyone but at this point it is premature it would set a dangerous precedent. Wasn't 'Somaliland' created by a tribal militia? I say it's good to talk...
  4. The Sage;788823 wrote: He made a legitimate argumentative point. Do you have anything to refute or counter what he said or will you continue to dismiss his comments because you cannot articulate a logical response? The beauty and drawback of democracy is the fact that the decisions one makes have a signficant and lasting impact where the electorate must live with the decisions they make. Silanyo is becoming unpopular in some circles and he and his party will have to answer for his actions/policies in the next election. Silanyo with one stroke is wiping out any sembles of legitimate clanocracy that existed before he came to power, the Besha of Gabiley have called a clan gathering and that is sending shivers down all those would be 'democracts' in the triangle region. What is happening is that "clanocracy come democracy" is about to be replaced with naked clan politiking akin to what's holding back the TFG. The good knews for Landers is that they have political capital in the world communities for now....untill the world wakes up!!:D

  6. xiinfaniin;788822 wrote: ^^Is that why Jacaylbaro said keeping the embargo is good for Somaliland region? ------------------- Somaliland is waging a total war [diplomaticaly, slander etc] on the south, even though those who suffer have nothing to do with crimes of Afweyne... It's like they have never heard that "no soul bears the burden of another"
  7. Somalia;788814 wrote: I never mentioned his mom, why you got to involve his mom, that is just sick! So you never consider the implication of what you say. You keep saying he's Shariffs son, and evryone is telling you he ain't...Do you know something that they don't ?

  9. Somalia;788805 wrote: What? I think you are reading a bit too much into this. I only posted this due to his stark resemblance to Sheikh Shariif and the undeniable fact that it is his lost son. This has nothing to do with Puntland, I do not know why you secessionists have Puntland on your tongue. I mean, move the hell on. ---------- In Islam you could be whopped for suggesting that his mother had a leg over with Sh Shariff, and NO, I don't belong to Al Shaabab!! :D So quit spreading slander.

  11. For, that requires for matters to be almost as close as to be settled in one's favor at the battlefield; before one could put on the suit of "peace-maker" in the front of others. Hence, in my opinion, for what is worth, it's a bit "premature" for Somaliland to pull up a chair in here, in-order to parlay with others, indeed. --------------- So how many Khatumites have to die before you show your "magnanimity"...100, 1000, 10,000? Remember, SNM militia will 'reap what it sows', sooner or later...
  12. "mental masturbation" ----- Isn't this what Oodweyne has been practising on here since time immemorial!! :D
  13. This thread just proves why SOMALIA can never be chopped up, THE FEDERAL REUBLIC OF SOMALIA [ Made of British Somaliland and Italian Somaliland] is the saviour of all Somalis from Ras Kamboni to Saylac. Anyone that sees otherwise is just myopic.

I was most surprised at the high level of familiarity many MPs have with Somaliland, its role in the region, its accomplishments and its aspirations. The fact that Somaliland is emerging at the forefront of the foreign policy discourse for Africa is a most interesting development indeed. ------------ That's is just hot air from lobbyist group among British Parliamentarians who happen to have a large diaspora community from 'Somaliland Republic' residing in their constituency.
