The same goes for any other being whose existence isn't supported by scientific evidence. Suspending judgement on God's existence on this basis is epistemologically impractical - and that's acknowledged by most of today's respected theologians. But if your opinion of morality not existing in atheist's world and it being a religious concept is anything to go by, I doubt you've done any reading on the matter. While I agree with some of your above comments, where I disagree with you is the disingenuous way you come on this forum and pretend that your version of truth is written in stone. Just admit it, on this issue at this moment in time you're just speculating, also just admit that we are both creatures of belief, albeit a different version of it. As for my limited reading, well I would let Socrates speak for me... " the only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing" On morality, I would say apart from Nietzsche, most atheist are just theists without God. [Especially the pious ones ]

But what about the affect on his own children? Why does he need to break up his own family unit to be able to support his brothers kids? Where is the logic in all this? I assume the wife was barren? nevertheless it seems unjust!

Without a parliament there can never be a constitution, new lawmakers have to be elected in order for this process to move ahead, any back door process is doomed to fail. This is the reality that the PM needs to face. Talking of concluding everything by August is just wishful thinking.
  5. This is lame, in the Himalayan mountains where they practise Bhuddism, you will find a father and son sharing a wife.
  6. ^^ Somalis should reject Faroole's model of federalism. Puntland's political, land and power grab should be halted by the new constitution.

  8. In the atheist world there is no good and evil, so I never understood their righteous indignation...? As a matter of fact, evil and good is a religious concept! For all I know no scientific method has ever proven that there is no GOD, or that there is no life after death, on this issue both atheist and theist are guided by faith, A LEAP OF FAITH! and that's why this discussion requires humility from both sides of the fence.

I think hate is too stronger word, the guy is a unionist, his politics may not be to your liking but that is not a good enough reason to hate him, politics throws all sort of characters, we all have to live with them. It's our job to guide misguided individuals but we should also consider the possibility that we could be the one misguided, politics requires an open mind. Remember there are different ways to skin a cat.

It will bypass the corrupt parliament and a delegate has to have some sort of professional background, that's according to the Garowe Principles. And they will be appointed by elders. Without a constitution there aren't laws. Who refuses laws? A moryaan. Therefore, no road block for the constitution, this is the 21st century, please meet us up here. Total nonsense, the constitutions is not worth the paper is written on if there is no judicial system, the only court that works is the military one, are you saying political disputes will be taken there?
  12. Somalia;825982 wrote: Samatar is an opportunist, that's why he never manages to get a good crowd around him, he needs the camera. However, Khaliif Galayr is a thief sxb, why do you think his biggest followers don't repudiate it? Liibaan is about to cry over it. Everyone in Somali politics is an opportunist, SL, PL, Al Shaabab, Ethiopia, Kenya, Galmuudug, KS, US,.....everyone is in it for themselves, the lot of them, so cut him some slack, saxib.
  13. Lol, this guy only controls Mogadishu! Talk about puting the cart before the horse. The next interim government will be ratfying the constitution when all stake holders are included. TFG's job now is to capture as much territories as possibe before august and then after the elections we can have a constitutional government. I like his optimism though but we need to be also realistic.

Somalia;825974 wrote: ^^ Farmaajo hasn't spoken yet, stick to quoting your thief, Khaliif "Somalia", calling people thieves without providing evidence is plain and simple defamation, first of all the good Proffessor hasn't been convicted in a court of law and secondly you're starting to sound like a woman scorned.

Do you listen to yourself when you speak? Not only are you self hating somali who also happens to hate his religion [correction, you're an atheist] but you also tell porkies! So why don't you hold on to your righteous indignation and go and marry your boyfriend.
  16. Saxib, the state cannot be dissolved unilaterally. The world recognises the Republic of Somalia and your "Phantom Republic" is part of it's territories! I know it's hard for you to fathom that, but that is the reality! Can we continue this circular argument in another day?
  17. ^^ Lol, your enclave must have a scarcity of constitution lawyers. That declaration means nothing in international community. This is like making love to yourself, they maybe a pleasure to be had but its still unsatisfactory. Remember it takes two to tango, your declaration means nothing without the consent of the rest of Somalis. Unilateralism wont get you anywhere!!

Lol @ sacred, I don't why I am losing sleep on this issue, in a hundred years times Somalia will have all it's territories, and inshaAllah they would have been in it's possession for decades.

  20. XX and Burahadeer, enough of this nostalgia, when will you be droping your myopic secessionism?
  21. burahadeer;825937 wrote: wasn't it part of puntland:confused: Puntland lost Las, and unfortunately KS hasn't yet taken over all it's territories. But all that will be forgotten once "SL" becomes part of the union and it drops it's seccessionist agenda.

  23. XX, but you haven't answered my question, when will the President of Somaliland state of Somalia be making this type of journey?
  24. ^^ That wasn't an insult, I was just helping you with yourself awareness.
