Don't confuse Muqdisho with Somalia, one is a city, the other a country!. If you are saying, Hassan sheikh has been a good mayor for Muqdisho, I can just about entertain that, but Hassan sheikh has done NOTHING for the country except confuse, divide, creat mini civil wars and caused untold suffering to millions. He has taken us back 20 yrs and lost us the worldwide support that was there when he took over. You obviously won't open your eyes to the truth even if the truth hits you on the face because you are one of his supporters, but please don't insult our intelligence, posting rubbish like this won't make anyone here join your numpty club!

3. Ti @Tillamook said: I do Xildibaans are trading at an all time low ever since the failure of the cyclical Motion business, so this is the best time to get in on the action now before the next prices get too expensive! Welcome aboard partner!, the stocks are fairly good but we expect a new round of squabbles over the next few weeks so expect your stock prices to soar!.
4. Who wants to invest in my company Www.xildhibaan.com
5. And amongst the biggest and only commodities to be traded on this platform are; Livestock - the main produce and export of Somalia. MP's- given the high market demand it was deemed necessary they be traded on this platform!
6. @Oodweyne said: It's Jawari who will decide which "team" to play for in the next few days. Meaning, if he continue to insist, that no motion can be tabled so long as there is a "verbal ruckus" going on in the parliament, then although constitutionally he will be on a quite correct ground, but it will mean, politically, that he has decided to throw his "political chips" with the MPs that are supporting the Prime-Minister. And this in turn will mean that Hassan Sheikh and his political gang have been out-played by a certain Mr Jawari, who has his own political axe-to-grind against them. If on the other hand, this speaker, insist that a normal parliamentary procedure should be enforced, even if it means using the local police force to evict those who are making a ruckus at parliament, then it will mean, once again, that although he will be constitutionally a correct ground, but politically, he will be view as if he has decided to side with the President and his MPs. And this, in turn will mean, that those MPs who are calling for a vote of confidence on the Prime-Minister, who also has the majority in the parliament, will get their way and they will vote out the PM. So, in a nutshell, the next couple of days will tell us which "team" this speaker will play for, politically, while all along his "constitutional reasoning" for whatever he decides to do henceforth, will not be an impeachable offence. Good point
7. Mooge- if as you say his doctor is a Puntlander and a dumb-jadid, then this is clearly an idieology battle and not a qabil battle?
8. As i said before in another post, questions have started regarding Hassan Sheikh . This article on wardheerenews cant be good for him. So far it was only the internationals asking , but now Somalis have started. Bad day for el-presidente http://www.wardheernews.com/gridlock-capital/
9. Motion defeated for the third and final time. Damuljadid threw everything they had at this. Lets not make this into a qabil argument, its not!. This is an ideological argument. Both sides have supporters across the tribal divide. The power will now shift (correctly and in accordance with the constitution) back to where it belongs- to the governance and implementation arm of the executive- the council of ministers headed by the first minister or PM. Hassan sheikh will have to come to terms with the diminished powers or end up loosing his post. Already around the world questions are being asked whether he or the entire government should fall and everyone is in agreement that he would be easier given that should the government fall, Somalia will loose a whole year. Whereas he is but an indvidual and the government will function. I was in a briefing yesterday that saw a number of key points being raised, key among them being - what options after culusow?. The mere fact these questions are being asked shows how the international community is seriously working on an alternative to Hassan. He was told on many occasions to cool it but i guess his buddy farah told him the world will be forced to deal with them if the get rid of yuulka, something they have now failed to do. With failure comes consequences - this time the consequence may prove to be fatal for his career.
10. Af soomaliga, kalmada " niyoow " oo waliba si khaldan aad uqortey oo kaliya miyaad ka taqaan?
11. please don't misuse the term " jaaliyada soomaaliyeed". The president was welcomed by his clansmen and not Jaaiyadda as that implies somalis from all sectors welcomed him which we all know is highly inaccurate!.
12. I am assuming this happened in the morning before th aily Qaad flight came in?. Lol On a serious note, this is election year and of course there will be friction but I don't agree with the title of the thread. Genocide it's not!. That said, Silaanyo is from the Siyaad Barre school of thought, and in that school, the first and only rule is "keep your office at any cost". It worries me that he might take this too far and ruin what is a major achievement by the people of Somaliland.
13. @Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar said: Filinkaan sanadlaha soo baxo since 2000 lagama daalo miyaa on SOL at least? I guess, dadka qaarkood wey ku marqaamaan. Maxaa cusub oo soo kordhay? This very same taxane episode will happen again late next year, in the months of Siteembar, Oktoobar and Nofeembar, as it happened since 2000, as though it was periodic episodes of Walking Dead or Mad Men , few new episodes a season to satisfy thirsty, restless fans and wait until the next season. On and on. Sadly, this is no Hollywood show, but a reality of life, affecting millions of poor Soomaalis. Ra'iisul wasaare ayaa la riday, mid ayaa la magacaabay maka daashiin miyaa. Maxee soo kordhiyeen kasoo biloow Cali Khaliif Galeyr ilaa iyo hadda ka ahayn inay jeebabkooda buuxsadaan. Soomaalida baahan dowlad la'aanta la raagtay Eebbe ayaa u maqan, not ra'iisul wasaare la riday iyo mid la magacaabay annually helping them. Midkii tago iyo kii yimaadaba, waa isla meeshii -- jug jug meeshaada joog. Filinkaana wuu soconaa intee Soomaali ka fahmi la dahay meesha dhibka ka taaganyahay -- waa axdiga xeerka qaran oo qoran. Labadaan jago isma raacaan, isku sina Soomaalina uma fahansano. Talyaaniga ayaa laga dhaxlay, sida Talyaaniga u dhaqmaana looma dhaqmooyo. Talyaaniga axdigooda waxaa ku awood badan ra'iisul wasaaraha. Soomaalidana sida Ruushka iyo Faransiiska axdigooda ayee u dhaqmeysaa, axdigana saas kuma qorno. Dad wada waashay camal tan waa kasi la nahay ilaa iyo lixdankii. Lixdamaadkii kala dambeyn ayaaba jirtay, hadda kala dambeena maleh. Labadaan jago isma qaadaan, ismana raacaan. Insanity: Repeating the same mistakes and expecting different results since 2000. Eebboow, waxaan waa waalasho caadi ah. War Yaa Ilaahey yaqaan oo ninkaan moderatorka ah naga qabtaa. War hedhe, filinkaan taxanaha ah soo kan aanu meeshatan u imaano ma aha?. Saaxib fadhi kudirirka hanaga qasin! See Alle kaadhigey?
14. People, dont waste your time with this kid. As far as he is concerned, his little clan is the largest amongst somalis, were the conquerors of Ethiopia, were the Darawish and of course sayid abdullah hassan and the folks of SSC werent, brought about the independence of Somalia single handedly, destroyed Siyad barre regime all by themselves, currently lives in Hargeisa- which is far more advanced than New york or Dubai and at the same time has the economical might to match the US, runs Africa and of course is the man behind every success story somalis ever had, Nin ciisheesan ciidankii ka dheh!
15. As expected, Hassan sheikh may win the battle but he will definately loose the war. Suprisingly , the PM laid a trap for him, whether the trap was well thought out or whether it was pure luck is another story , but by only moving his cabinet around and not kicking out or introducing anyone new, he picked a fight that handed him if not all the cards, certainly most of them. The president came out of this looking very unpresidential and the fact that he wouldnt let the PM do his job didnt help him one bit. He is seen as a man that has no respect for the constitution he swore to protect. The bribery charges compounded the problem. In short he lost the support of all the key players he needed to keep his reign going. In this case the key players he needs are the US, EU, and of course key agencies like the UN but mostly US. Before you start beating your chests saying we are a sovereign country etc, look at the reality on the ground. As the statement from the US clearly shows- he has lost them, lets not forget they foot the biggest portion of the bill, the bill that keeps things moving for the federal Government. With this statement, they make it clear that they are no longer attending the key conference for government funding in copenhagen and with it their extended funding. Without this conference , funding for the next two yrs will be tough. Not suprising they issued the statement an hour after the mps received a text telling them the motion is on the table today. I am anticipating the US to revive the old programme of dealing with the regional admins seperately and this will undo all the work done by the previous "badbaado" admin to end the transition. Doom and gloom?, maybe, but i am afraid I am may be closer to the fact on this one and it is why I am worried. As i said earlier in another thread, regardless of the outcome of this motion, the president is dead in the water and i will not be suprised to see a second motion in the coming days against the president himself. He is heading the same route AUN Abdulahi Yusuf did but this will become apparent in a few months maybe less. http://hiiraan.com/news4/2014/Nov/67019/u_s_expresses_deep_concern_about_political_feud_within_somalia_s_leadership.aspx
16. @Jacaylbaro said: I am celebrating the fact that you are celebrating for nothing "basically" .... But if everything starts with a small thing ... Then you should realize the second reason why I am celebrating ... Watch this and let me know if you want to celebrate with me now: Waan Aqoonsanay Somaliland ha ha ha ha Touche, touche mr Jacaylbaro!. good come back. If only you could teach these other kids in Hargeisa to have a good sense of humour.
17. The message is beginning to take hold- Anyone who is sensible from SL is beginning to see the reality.First it was that brave mp, several of the leadership are now quietly talking of a settlement, they are preparing the public for the bad news. I welcome the initiatives and hope those still advocating secession can realise that won't happen and that it would be better to look into a settlement that gives them the autonomy they deserve. They have worked hard and have succeeded in many areas. http://www.qanciye.net/2014/11/10/buubaa-somaliland-xiligan-waa-ka-waan-toobeen-rabitaan-aan-helitaan-laheyn-oo-kala-go-iyo-umada-kala-qeybin-ah/
18. this is what I am talking about...forwards we march!
19. On one thread you are all tribal, on another you are the great Muslim brother---- bloody hypocrite !!
20. @CidanSultan said: ^^^ we have been hearing the same thing for 23 years. Still nothing. Somaliland last nail in the coffin. They will kill each other. They have nothing up their hence why they will come back. They need us. Still nothing. It pains you doesn't it odey. That we created Somalinimo and we destroyed it. The reason why you want Somaliland to the extent that's all you talk about even though your country is in ruins. Is because of the reality that without Somaliland you are nothing. You can't think for yourself. You can't govern yourself. You can't even maintain peace by yourselves. I am sure odey you will be long dead, your body dissolved and bones turned into dust before any Somalian state can emerge in the south. Somaliland on the other hand is gone. You have to accept the reality. In terms of little steps. We believe in the same concept as you just stated like the hypocrite you are. Only our small steps is to get away from you fake nationalists. 23 years on and look at us. You jahiil. You are right we have been hearing things the past 23 years, in particular that elusive Recognition which will never come and you can insult me all you want, I know withdrawal symptoms can be nasty but it still won't change the facts. The truth is finally coming home to you! I will be waiting for you at the next AA meeting for your reintegration brother. It's the least I can do
21. Personally I think both these two men are silly. the level of silliness differs between them and the president is being the silliest, but the PM is right there with him. I hope for the sake of the country, they resolve their " I can spit further than you" BS and get the country moving. If all fails, lets lock them up in a room and let them fight their demons out.
22. Have you heard of the term " everything starts with a small step"....so, yes, We are celebrating because a giant step towards a cure has been taken in SL. For once, the truth was told. That will shortly be followed by discussions, talks, debates in the homes after watching it. Those talks/debates/fadhi kudirir will build up and build up. It may take time but admission is the first step towards a cure. I knew SL needed the equivalent of a rehab and the rehab has started with this seemingly small step. Am i happy at that?, you bet your backside!. I know you are all in denial, but you will join the programme in no time inshaAllah. Welcome back home boys and girls
23. @Jacaylbaro said: So MPs are breaking ranks ,, reality is hitting on SL ,,, MPs no long believe in SL ,,,, and you are still angry ?? Thought you will be celebrating and coming up with welcoming posts .... Something fishy niyow ,, I have been celebrating since the good MP gave this interview mr jacaylbaro, only, you and I differ on the styles of celebration. I am celebrating common sense finally returning to a region of Somalia., you though....I have no idea what you are celebrating.. lol
24. @Tillamook said: ^ Odey, this was always expected, after the international community, let it be known that they would not tolerate nonsensical motions brought forward through corruption against the prime minister, Also, it has been reported that the UN has imposed some limited sanctions against some members of the president's inner circle, including Minister Faarax. So I figure, Jawari and his fellow parliamentarians have heeded the call from the international community to stop this motion business or else suffer the consequences as well. I am not aware of this travel sanctions you speak of, but if true, it will be a very significant move on the part of the IC. Has this been announced?, if so please share the sources
25. And still you try your smoke screen. The question still stands- your own mp's no longer believe in your illusion. How do you expect anyone else to do so?. You can shout all you want, but the reality is setting in Somaliland and to start with your own mp's are breaking ranks now. Who next I wonder?
