    Marrakech

Try Fez.... Much more authentic and "reall". A trip up the atlas should be fun, but depends on your taste. Marakech didnt do much for me.
  2. Lol what a useless thread. Since when is business haram in Makkah?. The idolaters lived and worked in Makkah during the Lifetime of the Prophet(Pbuh). Provided they sale acceptable merchandise then it isnt an issue

He started as a Puntland candidate for the presidency of that region he lost.He was offered the ministry of fishery in the faroole administration he said naa , nothing for me. He than went to nairobi where they were cooking a clan conference for the garaad clan. Hogaanka badbaadinta ssc he was chosen as the leader of that entity by his clan elders. He held that position for 2 years and eventually ended up fighting for the unity of Somaliland. Its a short cycle most garaad clan politician go through. For example Abdisamad cali shire he started off as a Somaliland police chief in 1994 ended up as the vice president of Puntland i will not be surprised if his end goal will be Somaliland. The same way with Keyse abdi Yusuf he started as a Somaliland MP in 1991 became the governor for Puntland in widhwidh in 2006 than joined the ssc rebels in 2010 than made a u turn and became the Somaliland state Minister for eastern affairs. See the most ironic thing is they all begin with Somaliland and end up with Somaliland at the end. Puntland is short stop for most of them. Or Xaabsade started off as the speaker for Somalilands parliament in 1993 went to Puntland and became the interior Minister of Puntland. Switched sides and became the Somalilands information minister. Lool xx! So in other words once they go Somaliland........... Touche!!, good come back lol

Xx brother come on, the guy was a pariah to you not long ago, at least give it time before you start calling him mesiah. Common sense brother. Everyone here is intelligent enough to tell the difference. For the moment lets just say he is after a quick buck, you can start pimping him in a few years after probation!,
  5. As i said he is only making a quick buck, the problem is..... Exactly what does he have to do for yhat money.

It's for the Somali Kenyans to raise this up with their own government and help their kin. Hassan Sheikh got enough on his plate without needing to add an international spat to the list. "its not diplomatic"? Are you serious?. Of course it is diplomatic to speak up for your people at a time of need?. It is not an escalation to point out kenya's obligation towards those people within its borders especially if they are yours. This will set the bar in which kenya will be judged and spur them into acting accordingly. It is the tone in which you deliver that counts. That is diplomatic.
  7. War ingonge i was expecting hin to demand better protection for his citizens from the kenyan government after offering his condolences, something which he hadnt bothered to do so far. If he doesnt speak up for them who will?
  8. I am truly disappointed this morning. I saw this link and thought "Great!, finally our leader is defending our civilians in Kenya". Huh!, far from it. He was busy trying to console the Kenyans(which I have no problem with and is right), but he forgot to address the threats, beatings, murders and daylight robbery the Somalis in Kenya( I mean Somali citizens in Kenya) are facing. Talk about priorities! http://www.raxanreeb.com/2012/11/madaxweyne-xasan-sheekh-maxamuud-oo-ka-hadlay-rabshadaha-ka-taagan-xaafadda-islii/

The issue regarding hamas And Israel is a long Saga that has now completely changed and made Israel loose all Moral authority it may have had in the past regarding its survival. It is no longer the case, in fact the victims are now completely Palestinians
  13. Ok, i see lots of people here ganging upon on Oba!. I dont know whether you all misunderstood, have selective understanding or are dyslexic!. Oba and i never said the plight of the palestinians is to be belittled or simply brushed aside, rather that we have a much deeper, equally painfull if not worse a problem that we should be devoting our good minds and efforts to resolve. Instead of the above, our youth immediately jump up and down on hearing an injustice happening far away however painful or close to our hearts, but take a laid back attitude on things that are happening in our own home and hapenning to our country, our mothers, fathers, children!. We have a country destroyed by civil war, we lost more than a million or two of our population, a figure we dont even have. Even the palestinians know exactly how many they lost!. And instead of trully concentrating on sorting out our problems they are busy trying to come to the aide of others instead. This is why i said they are misguided because their efforts, well intended thoughts are needed by their own first. Ask yourself this, where are these young people when it is about somalia?, ........... Nowhere, in fact they usually go " its those crazy somalis", but start any other cause and boy are they vocal!. Why cant they be as vocal and as involved about their own country to save their own people?.

Charity begins at home and I for one am more concerned with goings on in my homeland First. There are approximately 200 million arabs who due to their own fault have left their kin in this position and would not do anything about it other than protest and offer sweet words of support.. Why should I do anything about it, especially since We as a people have much bigger problems and "bigger Fish to fry"? Misguided

  18. I would turn on reer Juballand if they dont respect the rights of all in that region as fast as I did on the president for not sticking to the constitution in as far as the admin forming is concerned. Having said that, i expect teething problems in such a process, so maybe calm heads should prevail?. I say allow them to form their admin and they in turn should accord THEIR government and THEIR President the respect due and observe all the protocols.
  19. I say lock em up and take over the bloody ship!. That ought to teach any other wannabe dumping ship a lesson NOT to come to our shores! Kudos to the Forces that captured them! job well done. Now this is the kind of good news I am longing for!
