I see no problem if they get their humanitarian aid, which this essentially is. He re-affirmed the US position and that they will only deal with xamar when it comes to matters of National significance. I don't mind USAID visiting that region and helping it prosper

Hassan sheikh Alle ha hifdiye, doesnt need to score points, these folks in the provinces of togdheer etc are his constituents and he needs to ensure their interests are also served by the Federal Government. At the same time he has to hold them to account on any and all attrociries commited by them. after all they are one of the federal states under his command
