Maybe worth it in the case of Syria, but definitely not in Libya. Gaddafi was nuthing like this Assad *******.

Alpha Blondy;929345 wrote: i think you have an illustrious history...... you can also be thanked for colonising and partially taming Arabs....and also as the achelis heels that has kept them at bay, but besides that..... your tribe has become obsolete in recent years, inaar. i'm particularly impressed by the great strides made by your cousins H.Y. they ought to rethink their Confederacy with a weak partner, i reckon. Al's SL Social Strata Pecking Order: 1. G.B's from Gabiley. they're like jews, inaar and work closely together. impressive stuff for people who just recently evolved. they use to plow with their teeth until recently. there was no tractors in Gabiley in 1975... , today, laakin, a real force to reckon with. 2. H.Y - demographically sparse and politically influential. financially, they're strong too. but much like the nouveau riche or the ''new money'' , they have bad customs, lack culture and have a magaalo-joog xumo about them. large numbers in the diaspora has proved useful. 3. Xamari Diaspora in SL . very entrepreneurial and closely knit. there will be a genocide against them in 10 years, if they don't stop dominating the market. mogadishu beckons so their future is a little shaky. huge vacuum to be filled...upon their return home. 4. Moe Jesus - they've always ranked highly in the pecking order but in recently years, and perhaps worrying, there appears to be a resurgence of sorts about them. politically astute but geography is their killer. 5. Reer Samatar - the term ku qabso ku qadi meysid applies perfectly to these vicious thug-warriors. always ready to deal and to make a quick buck. in the last than 10 years, they've managed to lay claim, by force, to most of the prime real-estate in the country. but don't be fooled by the tough-manism and huge egos, they're reforming from within and secretly making great strides that'll bring them to the fore. 6. Little Saanbuur of H.J - growing exponentially but genetics hasn't been kind and has forever rendered them as laan-gaab ehlu naar. making full use of Big Sil's political patronage. 7. Nuux Ismail - a nation in decline. glorious past but years of churning out rotten offsprings has proved deadly to sustainability. still a major player but less time on being pretentious and more time working hard.... could catapult them to being pioneers and torchbearers again. . 8. Sand-dwellers - self-induced pity and nostalgia for yesteryears has impeded growth to only 0.2% p.a on all fronts. romantic past but very little substance in the last 20 years. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL.. looool, very funny stuff. But I can tell ur a true H.A with the way u listed H.A sub.sub, sub, sub clans such as reer samatar alongside major clans such as H.Y. Ur either a clan novice or have delusions of H.A grandeur.

Coofle;929326 wrote: Yaa Wadani...I am brown...Light brown..kkkk no one is white, Pigeons are white....Yellow, Brown, etc I expected more from u coofle. I can respect a Somali who says he/she's not black because he refuses to have his identity subsumed under an arbitrary racial category devised by European anthropologists; one unknown to his/her forefathers. Our nomadic forefathers were Muslim, then Somali, then their clan, then their sub clan...and so on. This is how identity was conceptualized within the Somali context....and it cannot be considered self-hate to continue with this method of self-indentifying if one chooses to do so. But if one claims they aren't black to escape from his 'africaness' due to the internalization of the ineherent inferiority of the African vis a vis Europeans/Middle Easterners etc....then yes that's classic self-hatred. Which do u fall under Coofle? Is caddee baan ku idhi.

Yes, quite sad. I wonder if rebels/opposition in both Syria and Libya both think it was worth it? They've destroyed the very same countries they wished to liberate. This Somalia all over again.

Oo ma reer gadiid ayaa Maansoor leh. Interesting. These damn Nuux Ismaaciils need to be purged from the elite capitialist class of Somaliland.

Blackflash;929054 wrote: Not necessarily. The people who would've been most affected by the levy in Cyprus are the Russian mafia and corrupt Russian bureaucratic/oligarchs. Getting out of community housing and staying out of the welfare system early on were the best decisions my parents made for our family. It certainly isn't easy with a large family, but the freedom that comes with self sufficiency is worth it. It's sad watching Somalis juggle fake addresses for years because they've become accustomed to having money appear out of nowhere every month. But that doesn't change the fact that many hard working cypriots will be effected, while the rich bank investors and bondholders will go unscathed. Also, this levy won't have much effect on the Russian oligarchs, but it can do serious damage to the life savings of someone who actually needs this money to live, and not buy multi million dollar jets. Kudos to ur parents. If all Somali parents did that, this whole Somali gang, drug and murder problem would be nonexistent.

I don't think much of Faisal Ali, because he doesn't always think before he speaks. And this Jamal guy is way over rated, don't u think? Besides that I agree with ur analysis. -

Ur right, we have an illustrious history. No one can deny that. What I mean is, when ever its having meetings with other clans or groups or pro-somaliwayn conferences or politicians who defect to the south it's almost always sand dwellers. Ur right, it's not that they are shisheeye kalkaal, but it's because they r ambitious. Horta where exactly is ceelka bulaale? -

Apophis;928717 wrote: One thing is for certain; Africans (especially Somalis) know nothing about fighting. They need to learn a thing or two from the Red Army. Anyone who retreats should be shot. MG42s should be placed behind the advancing line to discourage any retreat. Then maybe this nonsense will be over quickly. Easy for one to say while ensconced in all the comforts the West has to offer.
