Kaluun;988274 wrote: Wadani, The Tigrai game in Hawd and the Somali Region in general, actually whole of Ethiopia, is very dirty. They successfully managed to turn brother vs brother. No one trusts no one anymore. Like I said, one day they wanted to interrogate me to impress their Tigrai boss and next day they were having laxoox with me. You can't take it personal. You have to keep cool head and move your chess pieces right. Some of the truckers got bribed by the ONLF. There are many ONLF ladies in Hargeisa. One lady was caught in the bushes of Rabaso pushing a wheelbarrow. Waxay samesay timir bay ka buxiisay and under neath she had all this ammunition. The idea was to bury it in the bushes and someone will dig them out in the dark of night. The solar batteries, phones and other items were the same. He showed all of them to us and he was mad like crazy. He was the one who attacked all those villagers and he asked for 'ciidaan' about 5000. His mission was to enlist 5000 binu hashimis in the Liyu Police. The locals told him their sons will not die for Tigrai nor intervene in long-foot intra-warfare (liyu police shirt vs onlf). They were right to refuse because it would turn into brother vs brother on a bigger scale. The long footed brothers already know the affects of this. Very dirty business. Next time I'm going there, I'm going directly to Meqelle to be in good terms with TPLF and their dabaqoodhis will be my dabaqoodhis. This is some good insight into the ongoings of the region. Thanks man.

Kaluun;988265 wrote: looool @ long footed one. Safferz man ogin ina tahay gabadh. I never expected a gashaanti to have such sophisticated and complex name. Warya Wadani, The Liyu police is long footed as much as sand-dwellers. I was with a convoy when I was there and their leader was your uncle. He was both garac and intelligent. He was shelling gashaamo, Gosayga and other villages. I was there with them. Wuxu ku haystay qar anaga ah iyo qar sand-dwellers ah smuggled batteries, ammo and phones for the ONLF. That day during his qudbad wuxu laha: "Dadkini iyo dalkiniba wad iibisen oo waxad sisaten $150". I was chilling with their Tigraian senior...iyagu waxay raben inay to ask me lame questions and the funny thing was I knew 70% of them. Next day we had breakfast together at my uncle's house who was former civil servant under Mengistu Hailemariam. Interesting. So you're saying we have members of tolka in ONLF and others in Liyuu Booliis? I'm not that surprised of the Durriyadda being part of Liyuu Police but I've never heard of them having any representation or showing any support for ONLF.

Adigu bal apply some British paint and is-caadee. I'm from the same clan as Faysal Cali Waraabe and Suldaan Maxamad Suldaan Cabdiqaadir, which makes me a sand-dweller. Anyway welcome inaadeer.

This religion belongs to no one, but people like you who categorize people and put them into groups and sects is what harms this beautiful way of life of ours. Just cause I happen to get along with most people it doesn't mean I have to look at their worst examples and claim that's who they are.. But how can I have an inferiority complex if I don't believe i'm inferior to anyone lol? Is it even possible to feel inferior to anyone as a Somali Muslim? And why are you making the assumption that I believe that Islam is an Arab religion first and foremost? How can I believe that when this deen reached the horn before many parts of the Arabian peninsula itself, and was a place of refuge for the persecuted sahaba before even Madina? Come on man. Isku xishood dee.

guleed_ali;988114 wrote: You seem like a well read man but these egregious generalizations you make are just horrible. Just look at the comment made above by this clown Guje. You're telling me Somalis aren't racist or these Indopakistan people aren't racist or that the white man isn't racist. You have a few youtube videos and you're going to generalize over 350 Million Arabs. I have Arab friends that span from Morocco to Kuwait and I've never seen more welcoming hospitable people. People need to get out and talk to people and not just sit in front of a computer and generalize. If you knew how high Arab people regard Somalis you wouldn't be talking like this Ok now you're making more sense. I know not all Arabs are racist. And I know racism happens all over the world. I was talking about the way Arabs put their racism into practise by beating and torturing immigrants...that doesnt happen on a large scale anywhere else in the world. You can correct me if im wrong. And I know Arabs that are old enough to know about Soomaalidii waagi hore before the civil war hold us in high esteem, but still I have to call out their b.s. when they treat the pakis, hindis and phillipinos like this. I dont like these peasant like ppl either, but no human should be beaten or tortured dee.

Guje and Guleed are a perfect microcosm for the Somali predicament. Somalis always go to extremes. On one side we have an Arab as* kisser, who has the audacity to claim others are suffering from an inferiority complex, and who tries to legitimize his self-hate with deen, and on the other end we have a man who has no respect for our beloved Prophet and the deen. SMH. Soomaalidu waxa middle path-ka layidhaahdo maba yaqaanaan.

Be careful not to generalize and paint all Arabs with a single brush. It could get you in trouble...... But who the hell is talking about the Prophet (calayhi salaatu wa salaam) or righteous and good hearted Arabs? Arab culture is a racist culture...just like Somali culture is a clannish culture...just like Japanese culture is a workaholic culture....just like Greek culture is a lazy culture. The exceptions just prove the rule. Anyway, ur ilk need to stop thinking they have a monopoly on this deen.

But then again your name is Wadani and you probably pledge allegiance to the flag before anything else . I guess none of the bolded parts above can be described as judgements based on arrogance and pride right? lol. Not only that...but u've lied on me too. How can I have a problem with the Beard when its the Sunnah of our Prophet P.B.U.H? Xishood ninyahoo and stop with the condescending b.s....if u can u get the gist of the Hadeeth kulahaa. lol.

Khadafi;987776 wrote: I was not chocked to see this, these horrible human rights violations do happen everywhere in the world, from the west to the east, but what's horrible is that a high ranking crown prince is directly involved in torture, and please. I wonder how these arabs are going to be when the oil runs dry. Another thing that struck me was that I was reminded of the investment-frenzy (DUBAAY) that struck the somalis in 2003-2006. Somali families were jumping on the plane and buying houses in Dubai. I dont know, but guessing by that video, an individual does not have so much legal rights in that countrey or less human rights. One thing is sure, I would not buy a house their. PS Please, No Violent racist remarks against carabtaani iThousands of Somalis do work and live in the Khaliij and sent very needed remittance money to their relatives in Soomaliya. If you don't want us to condemn Arabs, why have you posted one of the hundreds of videos online that show these subhuman excrements engaging in their cultural pastime? Your statement about these types of horrible human rights abuses happening everywhere in the world is baseless...such shameless savagery is unheard of in most parts of the world, and if it does occur it's a rare and isolated incident because it is not culturally accepted in most non-Arab societies. And why would we refrain from calling out Arabs just because many somalis work in the Khaleej? I dont follow this logic. During the civil rights era many blacks made a decent living from their jobs in America...r u saying Malcolm and ilk shouldn't have rocked the boat lest the 'massah' gets angry? Get out of here with ur spineless and inferiority induced vapid commentary on such issues. Those who don't see or refuse to see that the problem with Arabs is peculiar and is not ur usual racism and xenophobia but is rather a rage filled sadistic manifestation of pure latent evil unleashed with passion upon the weakest links in society have their heads buried deep in the sand. It's an evil that is culturally sanctioned and is inherent in Arab psyche as a result of their centuries old and unabated obessesion with the 'domestication' and usage of certain kinds of humans as property akin to cattle.

Xaaji Xunjuf;986631 wrote: These people have no one that supports them the reason they were butchered was because they wanted to break away now that they dropped their secession aspirations and integrated into Kenyan society the persecution was minimized even though shabab continues to be a threat and Some Somalis are blamed for what shabaab does. The Kenyan Somalis situation was very difficult in the 60s the Somali republic was a regional player and the Kenyans feared Somalis . Now that the former Somali republic had dropped claiming parts of Kenya parts of Ethiopia and that Somalia and Somaliland went their separate ways. The Kenyan Somalis integrated into the Kenyan Society there is no other option why should they fight to free themselves from Kenya for what to be Killed and harassed they need peace. If indeed their claims of being Kenyan are nothing more than pragmatic political subterfuge to ward off further massacres from the Kikuyu more power to them, because unfortunately you're right about them not having anyone in their corner. But if they really feel a connection with the same state that has relegated them to a subhuman existence then everything I wrote above applies to them. I will choose to believe that it's as u say it is Xaaji, because I like to believe in the resiliency of Somali pride and identity. To my NFD brothers and sisters I wish u guul iyo gobanimo, and I apologize if I have offended anyone.

Apophis;986624 wrote: The irony makes me laugh. This coming from someone who lives with the white man, holds his passport proudly; the very same white man who did much worse to Somali people, and still does. Plus remember, it was your uncle who sold out the NFD movement to the Kenyan government, leaving the people to be brutally quelled by Kenyatta. Look in the mirror and say "uff", because it's you who rightly deserves it. Ur mixing apples with oranges with the white man comparison. When has Canada commited state sactioned atrocities against Somalis on a large scale? And if ur refering to British occupation, u know full the Brits had a light handed Colonial approach and left the wild nomadic clans to their own devices for the most part. As for Ciqaal, I cannot bear the burden for his political misteps on account of sharing the same clan, nor will I overlook look them either for the same reason. It's not their subjugation by a stronger power that I fault my brothers in NFD, it's their unabashed display of stockholm syndrome and pining for acceptance by their 'benevolent' Kikuyu 'masters'.
