We are having one here in the Nederlands, after 20 years of price increases, the bubble seems to be bursting and now the prices are decreasing with same speed. The crises in holland is also due to the european economic crises now, high unemployment, stagnent wages etc...plus most of the land in the nederlands has been used up etheir for farming or urban centers most of our land has not been used up...most of it is untouched...so we can keep at it for a least another few generations.

Carafaat even when you look at through logic..the more central hargaisa you are the more expensive, the more out of the town you are the cheaper...hense why cities like hargaisa, burco, borama etc... they are growing at crazy speeds..one construction company head in hargaisa told me on average they finish 34 houses in hargaisa alone daily....people will naturally go further and further away from the city to get bettter prices and this has led to cities growing fast. In Borama the center is expensive. ridiculous expensive... when you go outside its more reasonable...this is one of the fruits of peace i guess, i doubt it will be a bubble surely it would have burst by now after a decade.

Carafaat;802024 wrote: http://somalilandproperties.com/?p=414 38.000 dollar for a little piece of land. this is beyond any logic. Did you know you can buy a piece of land in Kampala(Capital of Uganda, 25 million people) for couple of thousand of dollar. Soon this bubble will burst and many folks will loose their "investment". That tells you how much Landers love their land...the same thing is said across Somaliland, bubble i doubt it a few years back land in my part of hargaisa was selling for $10,000 a plot today its probably double that... hargaisa has always been the most expensive city even in the old Somalia... i dont see a bubble this has been the status qou for decades now.

Why don't you leave this thread and find the one that's collecting petitions for your failed enclave to get recognition because all other venues have obviously FAILED. Who knows, maybe another 20 years of petition collecting will finally help your enclave get independence. hahahaha...its okay as long as we have peace, stability, progress and border between us..and i dont have to share a country with you im more then content and i pray my brothers down south see your tribal chauvinism i.e. your Siadist tribal ambition for hegemony for what it is...you are not interested in Somali statehood, you never were you are interested in clan ambitions and unfortunately for you..Somaliland has destroyed that dream permanently .... -

Im just telling the truth saxib nothing to do with Siad Barre it amazing how you dont even try to refute what i wrote instead you jump to Siad Barre and nightmares...haha... Somaloow...this is Bax bax land....with people like Somalia im suprised they didnt find any GAS...

This has nothing to do with Siad Barre, Siad Barre is dead AUN, everything is "Neo-siadism" The whole future of Somalia has been decided and all you do is talk about "back in the day". What part of what i wrote has anything to do with Siad barre or the past...im giving you facts on the ground TODAY..

You claim you gonna be rich in persuit of hegemony because of oil..we find out all you really have is one small well near bosaso... the other one is firmly near my brothers deegaan in las cand..so that was hadal... Somaliland, has under writed anything you could write in any so called constitution by clearly leveling itself equal with that of Somalia in an international context. tribal federalism will only lead Somalia into another decade of civil wars and this view will win over in the end, you cant effectively fight piracy even though Somaliland is pirate free. You are militarily weak as is the case in point you claim everywhere but control nothing except your sub sub sub clan degaans. saxib....hadalka naga daya o iska qadaya hahaha...

If you say so Eng Cadde lool... Africans army will help you build a state, Alshabab are SNM, Somalia has a permanent government, Somaliland is a marfish... i smell someone comming down with paralal universe syndrome. I find it hard to believe any Somali nationalist can support a foreign army on somali soil...its sheko SSDF saxib... In Somaliland we netheir need burundians nor ugandanian...because GOD MADE US SOMALI'S... ceeeeeeb caalyk ninkan burundians isku daya inu qaran ku distoo caajib... saxib live in your paralal universe its all the more sweeter when you step out into the real world. -

Carafaat;801803 wrote: The Hermet, you cant deny that SSC always wanted Somali Unity. And that Somaliland and TFG wil talk and one of the options is Unity. If there was only one outcome possible then it would be talks but an ultimatum. So SSC is closer to its goals sxb. listen runta anu isu shegno saxib. between me and you. Khatumo runti today does not exist, there is a difference by saying khatumo doesnt exist im not saying your people dont exist. Your people exist they live all across Somaliland. no one bothers them they live like the rest, so remove the notion from your head that with khatumo you somehow attain something special or equality because you are equal citizens in Somaliland. Khatumo was announced in taleex 2 months ago..shortley after we witnessed the caqils disagreeing some saying yes and some saying no. we saw the founder of SSC military movement reject it. Today we see las canod is part of Somaliland we have agreed that no one clan has exclusive rights over Sool or what you refer to as cayn region. therefore what you say doesnt make sense. Im going to claim regions were in some im a minority and others i share i.e. i dont have exclusive claim over them. furthermore, Somalia is no position to dictate anything as we know shariff burundi aya ku ilaliya villa somalia. the pirates have held you in contempt forever and still do. Khatumo is bad not for me but for you as i have said again and again. but you dont listen. In terms of legality, any negotiation that will take place will be mediated and furthermore LAW counts, as we were to states and we will become two states. Somaliland saxib will never i state never agree to union with Somalia even if it takes another war with the south even if we have to trample upon the pirates den of which we are only 20 miles away from..do you think the world wants another Somali conflict...i dont think so.. Stop setting your people back, you lack behind other regions in Somaliland because waa qabil mentality everywhere east. Reer hebel ba nahaysta...reer hebel ma na xasuqaya...saxib xasuuq maad arkin walahi, dagalna maad arag..your people need development, your children need schools or else they will fall behind. Somaliland is to your benefit as it is mine. Example Borama and Hargaisa... we live together we trade together we share everything together. You guys seriously if you think nimco aya Somalia ka so socata you got another thing comming. use logic and join your brethren, in mind, in culture, in manner etc. if you wanna believe Galayds lies and create hostility with your brothers who live everywhere with you then you committing suicide. If you were a pirate i wouldnt stop you...but your a Somalilander therefore you should be more clever then this. -
