  2. Ugu yaraan 2 qof ayaa ku dhintey tiro kalena way ku dhaawacmeen rabshado hubaysan oo ka dhacay magaalada Hargeysa ee xarunta maamulka la magac baxay Somaliland, kuwaasi oo dhexmarey ciidamada Booliiska iyo dad mudahaaradyo dhigayey. Rabshadaha ayaa bilwoday ka gadaal markii ciidamada Booliiska oo taageeraya shaqaalaha dawlada hoose ee magaalada Hargeysa ay bilaabeen inay xoog ku muquuniyey ganacsatada danyarta ah ee ku ganacsada magaalada gaar ahaan bartamaha, kuwaasi oo lagu eedeeyey inay ku ganacsadaan qaab sharci daro ah, balse dadka ganacsatada ah iyo dadweyne kale oo taageeraya ayaa wadooyinka isku soo baxay kuwaasi oo rabshado kala hortagay ciidamada booliiska iyo dawlada Hoose. Dadka isu soo baxay oo ka careysnaa go’aanka dawlada hoose ayaa bilaabay inay kala gooyaan wadooyinka ayna xanibaan isu socodka dadka iyo gaadiidka, iyagoo waodoyinka ku gubay taayiro, dhigaynna jidgooyooyin. Dhawaaqa rasaasta ayaa laga maqlayaa gudaha magaalada waxaana taagan jawi kacsan iyo xaalad dagaal waxaana laga cabsi inay kordhaan rabshada iyadoo dadka dhaawaca ah loola cararay goobaha caafimaadka. Wixii warar ah ee arintan ku soo kordha kala soco SBC, saacadaha soo socda Insha ALAAH.

  4. i ask my myself from time to time about the impact a person's words can have on another and i come to realized that words alone are not enough to prevent someone from living and, as a result, I honesty believe no sane person from the Puntland community is losing sleep over the opinion's of others. in fact, i think it serves as motivation to not only succeed, but also, prove them wrong. so, Mr. Jama never you mind them. Guul iyo gobonimo to PL.

  6. Dr_Osman;796634 wrote: excellent and hopefully it will instill proper driving standards through-out the state. They should centralize the driver license tests like the government is doing with the educational reforms. This will bring about a massive change on the driver culture and hopefully lessen accidents in the state!!! creating a standard for all institutions is the only way for progress and economic wealth. i'm very proud of Wasaaradda gadiidka iyo hawlaha guud Puntland.

  9. no shame and a lack of international protocals. 20 years and they still don't get it.
  10. one guy against some many, and yet he seems the only one that make sense. Somalia, my advice to you is stop feeding the trolls, because you're causing a feeding frenzy.

  12. The Somali people are by nature suspicious, especially when it comes to foreigners showing interest in their country. Perhaps they still have the theme of Western betrayal at the back of their heads. The colonization, the dumping of chemical waste in their waters, and the unconditional Western support to Ethiopia are just a few of the factors that make Somalis reserved in their welcoming of the sudden interest in Somalia. Through the last couple of weeks, the news of Puntland oil had dominated the reports from Somalia and even major international, distinguished news outlets, such as Al-Jazeera, the Washington Post, the New York Times, the BBC, and many others. The major publications spent many pages on this subject–TEN on The Guardian, describing the latest move as a ‘game changer’. The estimates of the oil potential differ from 4 billion barrels of oil to over 100 billion barrels of oil, which will place Somalia in the top ten club of oil rich nations. Luckily the current leaders aren’t paranoid due to their extensive international networks and welcome all the positive attention they can receive. Somalia’s prime minister Dr. Abdiweli Ali, a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, was quoted with this to say. I can already smell the oil. The late Saudi King Abdulaziz Al-Saud was recorded saying the same thing when oil was found in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Abdirahman Faroole, president of Puntland State of Somalia, already welcomed multinationals to invest in the country. It looks like the Somalis, despite their natural suspicion, are seeing the huge potential their country has. Here in Galkayo, a young man named Hassan Hussein, resident of the Israa district, approached me directly and had the following to say. We’re witnessing movements of great magnitude. I’ve just arrived from Bosaso and had a hard time finding a hotel room, all of them were booked by Whites and Asians. I was thinking about going to Europe, but after seeing the sudden improvements I changed my mind. For the first time I have faith in Somalia. http://www.dissidentnation.com/

Are you trying to say that federalism should exist between the 2 old protectorates? That's the most ridiculous idea yet. How would that work? it would never work, but somalia, don't burst his bubble.
  14. A cargo truck carrying small arms including AK47 assault rifles and light machine guns was confiscated at a checkpoint in the busy port city of Bosaso in Somalia’s semi-autonomous Puntland region on Sunday reported security officials. The truck was subject to a search after local security forces at a checkpoint became suspicious of the driver, who offered them bribes to enter the city. The truck is suspected to have originated from the central regions of somalia and was heading to the port city Bosaso at the gulf Aden. Puntland has tightened security after the militants of Said Atam hiding in the Galgala mountains recently declared their allegiance to Al-Qaeda and vowed to destroy Puntland from within. Al-Shabaab fighters are reportedly fleeing north after losing key areas to AMISOM and Somali TFG forces in the south of the country and are suspected of attempting to open a second front in the peaceful northern areas of Puntland. Militants have been unsuccessful in their attempts at destabilising Puntland and have been no match for the regional security forces. Puntland security minister Khalif Issa Mudan reported that the operations against militants and pirates will continue and that state security forces are ready for any challenge. http://dissidentnation.com/
  15. 150 soldiers of the Puntland ‘Dervish’ forces have returned to Garowe, the capital of Somalia’s Puntland federal state, after receiving training in Uganda according to officials in the capital of Puntland. These newly trained men and women of the Puntland Defense Forces (PDF) will be equipped and ready for duty. The Dervish forces, also known as the frontier police, are mainly responsible for securing the state’s borders, and they’ve been hard at work the last few years battling pirates. They are credited with the successful eradication of pirate gangs in the coastal town of Gara’ad in the Mudug region, but they will pass on the task of fighting piracy to the specially-trained Puntland Marine Force (PMF). These young men and women are the world’s frontline force against violent extremism and played an integral role in defeating pirates in the region. http://dissidentnation.com/

He has been mentioned more times the past year alone than Siad Barre or any other Somali leader. You Know You're Doing Something Right When People Hate You. Therefore, Faroole must be doing something good for the state of PL. As for the naysayers or as i call "the obstacles" let this be a reminder; Faroole is not one that loses sleep over unemployed computer keyboard warriors.
