A Turkish development-oriented delegation that landed in the central Somali city of Galkayo has made its way past the Puntland State capital of Garowe and today reached the town of Qardho, capital of Karkaar Province. The delegation met with Puntland leader Abdirahman Mohamed Mahamud and discussed the implementation of development programs akin to those in the capital Mogadishu that have won Turkey popularity across Somalia.
