Showqi;770800 wrote: of misschien kun je ook vragen iedereen dat is 35 jaar en ouder in jouw gezin ; how prachtig en gezellig het was in Somalia (en in het bijzonder magadisho) in de jaren 80s Lool you made me laugh you earned yourself some good points for after your death You have used Google Translate nice try. But the sentence is correct except for the how word. And yes I have already heard so many stories about it experiencing it with your own eyes is different and better.

I would've done everything to go back to that timeline. And this time as a grown man, not as a little boy, to enjoy and appreciate it fully. But alas, we can't. I know I can only watch old videos and pictures of that time, but it's not too late if you start building a time machine as in the movie Back To The Future so we can go back in time lol

Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar - I will remember that for next time thanks for the tip. Som@li - I don't got a sweet tooth and I always avoid sugar. I'm a healthy eater and drinker. When I chew or tap on the tooth it doesn't hurt but yet still I feel pain around that tooth weird isn't it? Grasshopper - I heard root canal works are painful any truth to that? I have had a mild toothache which is over now does that also fall under root canal work?
-
I accidently found the answer to toothache. I was having toothache for a week until for some reason yesterday I put black pepper in my green tea after an hour my toothache miraculously stopped out of nowhere it's been over 24 hours now and the pain still didn't return. I don't know what is in that black pepper but it completely cured my tootache. I'm so happy now to be relieved of that pain. To anybody who experiences toothache try using black pepper it works

Skeptic;769827 wrote: ***CORRECTION*** paprika is not barbarooni .. Barbarooni is 'green pepper' Paprika = fil-fil guduud (in Arabic, it is fil-fil axmar) Parsley = kabsar (kabsar caleen) Basil = reexaan (originally Arabic meaning 'good aroma/scent) Cumin = xawaaji dhuu-dhuub (there's also xawaaji kuus-kuus but i dont know what it is called in english) Currry powder = xawaaji kaari Thank you for taking out the time to correct Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar & Skeptic - Som@li is right coriander is called kabsaro caleen I don't know what parsley is called but there is a slight difference between the two leaves coriander leaves are bigger and parsley leaves are smaller and ragged. Nina Fox - Same here girl I was impressed too by Som@li, Abwaan and Skeptic's impressive translations especially those from Som@li. It will definitely come in handy one day and it's always good to know and be prepared for when you gonna need them. I'm busy learning about all of the herbs and spices used in the Somali cuisine

You welcome Chubacka We should always respect our parents and elders and care for them. I find it sad and heartbreaking for those seniors who get put in nursing homes by their own children and never visit them and totally forget about them. Don't they know one day maybe their kids would do the same to them. If you teach your kids that nursing homes are a good place to get rid of your parents and their trouble they will grow up to thinking it's ok to put you into a nursing home when you become a naggy old person.

OdaySomali;769356 wrote: Depends Carafaat. What internet browser do you use ? The problem you will have is that most simple proxy servers dont allow for flash players. You first need a "high anonymous proxy server" rather than a "proxy server" or even "anonymous proxy server". Then go to settings and set as this proxy as default for all URLs. Bluelicious thanks for the link. Does that website include live tv ? You welcome OS. No you can't watch live content when it's actual live but you could watch it another time as it's the case with Saturday Night Live it's a live programme but you can still watch it another time.
