  1. If you don't like working out in the gym because of sweating there are other options you can try out. Yoga/Pilates is a good workout for your body mind and soul it also reduces the effects of stress. It's a intensive workout for your muscles and you literally train every muscle in your body no muscles get isolated. If you train all of your muscles equally your gonna lose weight faster then when you focus on one part of your body like the stomach and isolate the other muscles. The second thing you could try out is swimming you get the same benefits as with Yoga/Pilates in that it also trains every muscle in your body but with the added benefit of cardio. You can even try out one of those swimming cardio workouts where they do workouts in the water which makes you burn even more calories then swimming alone. Swimming is a power fat burner best believe. To lose weight you need to do cardio for example walking, football, swimming or cycling etc. just anything that raises your heart rate. You also need to build muscles as the more muscles you have the more calories you burn even when your doing nothing as fat doesn't burn calories and that's where the Yoga/Pilates workout come in. I swear by this regime it works. Good luck with your decisison.
  2. Oh thank you for admiring my name. I like your name Somali philosopher too sounds so wise and intelligent. Blue represents everything I like the sky, ocean, our country and it's also my favorite colour. The second part of my name was born when I was eating a Ben & Jerry's ice cream and I found it delicious. I found blue too simple and basic so I merged the two words together and made a new word. Voila Bluelicious was born  Somali philosopher - You're a junior nomad now, once you reach 1000 post you become a nomad. I don't know how many posts you need to become a senior nomad I think maybe it's around 3000. Garnaqsi - What's your story you have an interesting name too not sure what it means.

One of the pitfalls of going to state school is that students make their GCSE/A-level choices under this guidance only to later on learn that almost all good universities don't accept many of the subjects which they have studied or that the combination doesn't suit what they wish to study. I think the important thing is that one's subject choices should be decided not only on whether or not one likes the concerned subjects but also their academic status; that is, the important thing is making an informed choice. I believe that a person should follow their dreams and goals in a particular field of their choice and of course by doing that they need to know what are the requirements the university needs from them if they want to study that course. I'm not saying study whatever you want in high school and when you go to university you come to a suprise that none of the subjects you chose meets the requirement. That wasn't my whole point. A person should do some research on the things that interest them and what the career options are afterwards. I agree you need to have some back up subjects incase you change your mind so you still meet the basic requirements. Having back up subjects is necessary. The more back up subjects you have the more you secure your place on a wider field of courses.

I have a monthly plan on Iphone 4s, is it wise to jailbreak it or not. Give me an example of the free apps that are available on a jailbroken version. I'm a virgin when it comes to the Iphone there are some things that I need to figure out yet.

  9. I agree with Freeman. You should choose a course that your interested in and are passionate about and not because it's a popular course. You need to live your own life make your own choices don't let other people tell you how to live your life. Your more likely gonna be happy and succeed with your work if it's something your passionate about and love doing that's the real fact. I suggest you first find out what you're interested in and what you wanna do in the future and then do your research in courses. OdaySomali - You're not sharp today SP said University of Minnesota which is in The States.

Nooo Sharapova my favorite Russian is out there is still good news she got ranked no 1 on WTA. More good news Williams is going to the semi finals yaay she is the woman. Have you seen all that muscles she is carrying. I like the way Murray plays he deserves his spot in the semi finals.
  23. I've seen this lecture before I like sheikh Omar Suleiman's sense of humour and the way he captivates his audience. He knows how to explain things in a easy way for everyone to understand. If every sheikh was like him everyone would be excelling in Islam.
