New water processing factory in Garowe
Bluelicious replied to Mooge's topic in Developement | Projects
Water is life! Great to see that it's been given such big importance. Clean quality water is much needed. I fully support this. -
Cheers for the sweet message Happy weekend. Enjoy the sunshine, relax, love and laugh. Stay blessed my dear friend.

Mooooge!!! What’s up? What were you doing in Puntland? I know right many of the features are back which i’m happy about.

He might be funny but he's dumb, he was thinking with his private parts. There are now even women who get married to men in Africa. I've heared crazy stories you don't even wanna know. Lmao that's every cheaters favorite line ''Afarbaan guursan karaa''. As if that makes it legal, God sees through their cheating intentions.

Galbeedi - No you're welcome to share your wisdom. Your story is very relevant to the topic and thanks for sharing. I agree with you the main chick is lasting. People don't appreciate what they have until it's gone. Loyalty has become a rare thing and hard to find. The grass is never greener on the other side. The thing I don't understand is that some men never grow up they will always remain a player till their death. Personally I think they are afraid of losing their freedom. What do you think as a man? Che - Nah it aint depressing we all get knocked down daily by life. Aint nobody got a perfect life without any challenges. This is my first time seeing this Farax and I like him too! Do you know about the big Kevin Hart Scandal going on? He got extorted by his side chick for millions of dollars while his current wife is pregnant. Go to his instagram and watch his confession and public apology.

Omg its Cheeeee! Always happy to see you What's up? Che don't mind Holac he's playing the innocent card which we know he aint. Everytime I see the video I start laughing lool. The guy with his moves killed me lmao.

Sharing something funny and lighthearted. Eventhough this is just entertainment there's some truth because some people are always glued on their phones. It takes them away from the moment and makes them unaproachable and unavailable to the person they are with. This is sooo funny to watch ? The nerve of him shamelessly running after the side chick ?? The main chick is boring. Queen Tasha shake and twerk it girl ?

Wear gratitude like a cloak and it will feed every corner of your life. - Rumi Searched for God and found myself. I searched for myself and found only God. - Rumi The ego is a veil between humans and God. In prayer all are equal. - Rumi And after all this time the Sun has never said to the Earth ''You owe me.'' Look what happens with love like that. It lights up the sky. - Rumi You have no idea how hard I've looked for a gift to bring you. Nothing seemed right. What's the point of bringing gold to the gold mine or water to the ocean. Everything I came up with was like taking spices to the Orient. It's no good giving my heart and my soul because you already have these. So I've brought you a mirror. Look at yourself and remember me. - Rumi

MMA - Waan ficanahay life is good. I'm happy today because 3 days ago I lost my phone and the honest founder called me today to return it to me. I'm around it's just that you don't see me probably because of the time difference. How is life for you now that you're reunited with your family? Holac - No not going to hajj. I'm planning to host my very first eid party this year it's gonna be a small gathering. By the way I messaged you last month.

Ello ello everyone on this blessed day How are you guys doing? Who's going for hajj? What are your eid plans. Who's on a holiday? It's been ages since I made a topic lol.

Kowda Luulyo--Happy Independence Day
Bluelicious replied to Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar's topic in Politics
You go to Kenya very often and now I know why. Good to hear you're reunited with your family. Sounds like it was coincidence each time. Or maybe it's you that brings the rain with you everytime lol. Wheather wise it doesn't rain that much compared to the UK. You definitely need to take some time out to explore the city it's worthwhile seeing. -

Heeeey MMA I don't mind carrying on your tradition for you. Health is wealth so take good care of yourself. It's alright and yes I still live in The Netherlands aka Holland aka Dutchland aka Cheeseland. Unfortunately being a nomad isn't in my blood lol. How about you? You still in Canada or are you in Kenya now? -
Never mind somehow my comment is now visible again. Yesss

I survived the ramadan lol. It's great seeing you too Holac that's actually very good i'm still the exact same weight too. It means you were very well hydrated which is very important since our body consists of 3/4 water. 9 out of 10 times weight loss during ramadan is due to being dehydrated and losing water weight which comes back quickly after going back to your normal diet. I wasn't insinuating that you have belly fat it was a general statement since it was relevant to the topic and is also part of losing weight. Well Holac if you did it once you can sure do it again what's stopping you now it's mind over matter. What you need is someone that challenges you. Have you tried working out before you go to work it's the best time. You have the most energy in the morning and that sets you right for the rest of the day and on top of that you will keep burning calories during the day while you doing nothing. Anyways speaking of the gym I noticed that the weight section is dominated by men and the cardio section by women and at the woman only gym the weight section is empty.

Kowda Luulyo--Happy Independence Day

Happy independence day to Somalia. Keep up the tradition MMA -
If it aint Showqi *waves at him* Holac what a great topic I totally agree with you. There's a difference in stomach bloating and stomach fat. Some people don't have a big stomach they are just bloated. A bloated stomach is hard and round it literally looks as if you're pregnant it's temporary and caused by what you eat where as stomach fat is soft, jiggly and permanent. The fastest way to get rid of bloating if you don't wanna wait it out until it's out of your system which can take from few hours till few days is by drinking ginger or chamomile tea or a combination of the two. As you get older your metabolism gets slower which is normal. With that said there are alot of things you can eat, drink and do to speed up your metabolism. 1. Weight/strength training (muscles burns fat) 2. Drink alot of water (being hydrated burns fat) 3. Eat more protein - red meat, chicken, fish, nuts, seeds, beans (protein burns fat) 4. Eat more green leafy vegetables - (burns fat and also detoxify) 5. Eat more good fats - coconut oil, olive oil, ghee, avocado oil, bone broth (maraq in Somali) (good fat burns bad fat) 6. Drink green tea (burns fat and anti aging) and herbal teas such ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, peppermint, chamomile, black pepper, cayenne pepper etc. 7. Cut out sugar, fried foods, processed foods and replace it with clean foods Personally I don't consume dairy (lactose intolerant) at all not even lactose free products and I don't eat red meat because I never really liked the taste. Aside from doing 3/4 times a week weight/strength training I also do the plank daily. As for cardio I walk, bicycle and jump rope. Lastly the number on the scale shouldn't be the focus but rather how you feel, look and how your clothes fit. Muscles weigh more then fat so therefore the scale number will go up as you build more muscles. If you wanna keep track of your fat and muscle ratio invest in a smart scale. Those smart scales will show you your fat percentage, muscle mass, water percentage and bone density. So when you gain weight you can easily see whether that is fat or muscle. This is what I do and works for me.

Heey Maakhiri! Your results are different then mine they look similar to the results people get from Ancestry. I see you got no European instead you got Middle Eastern. Nooo way, how awesome you actually found second cousins that's very close. Did you contact them? -
Never mind it's back. Thanks to you and the admin for the effort of reuploading the video. Good looking out Holac. What did you think of his speech?
