Oh dear, I'll make it simple for you. If food aid isn't monitored it will cause war and destruction as it has done in southern Somalia for a long time. Those 3 towns were specifically mentioned because they are very opposed to Faroole. This isn't about stopping food from Mogadishu simply because it is coming from Mogadishu, this is Turkish aid after all. I think it's very right to stop it nor matter what town it goes to if it isn't made clear to the government and in conjunction with them.
