Somalia Provincial structures should not be changed. Gedo folks should stay in Gedo, Baidoa folks in Baidoa, Bakool in Bakool, Jubada hoose in Jubada Hoose, O folks in Kenya

So, this initiative to form a clan "State" includes Gedo and Jubada Dhexe. Clearly that would make forming Jubbaland quite challenging. Or maybe even make federalism impossible. you gotta love these onions of clan states.
