Zack, it doesnt make sense to appoint a permanent administration for Jubbaland, if parts of the region are still occubied by Al Shabaab. So the PM is correct to appoint a temporary administration for the region. P.S. Nobody is against Jubbaland regional admin or State, but it is the responsibility of the FG to coordinate this.

Haatu, I agree. Leadership sometimes requires swallowing pride and showing (political) maturity. I am sure Somalilanders are capable of doing that, they have done so in the past. The question is if they can find a reliable partner in Somalia. The continuing discussion on the constitution and somalia's future structure raises question.
