  2. Check the video at 9.09 min, a performance of the Modern day Niiko. The Modern day Niiko Cultural barbarics have often critized the Niiko for its sexual connotation. The Niiko has little to do with sex. It is a dance of joy, performed at joyfull moments like periods of harvest and weddings. The Niiko is not comparable with the mating dances performed by African Nomadic tribes like the Dhaanto, or Zeylici. Its an expressive form of dance, performer will engage in rhythmic play. This Modern Niiko possesses a particular performance style of expressional pieces, its progression flow in tempo from slow to fast, finalized with a climax. It is more suited to be performed in small gatherings like weddings, because of the proximity of the performer to the audience, who can more easily see the nuances of the dancer's expression and footwork. Consequently, it translates to the modern proscenium stage with difficulty. The choreography of the Modern day Niiko is based on the art of inventing or arranging movement, as well as choosing dramatic structures to organize it or present it to an audience. The art of the Modern day Niiko's choreography itself is concerned about movement alone (or dance), its set on the dancers interpretation and reaction to eachothers movements. This continues for an indefinite period, limited only by the dancer's interpretative abilities. The Modern day Niiko went through a natural evolution without loosing its traditional touch, naturalness and fertility. SOL Niiko Critic
  3. Aw Libaax is from Cabudwaaq. Abdirashiid Sharmarke from Galkacyo and Gaandhi is not even from Somalia. Where are the prominent folks from Jubbooyinka?

Instead can u please tell me one accomplishment except the so called, international recongition which was coming even if a Monkey was the president. Any facts. What did this gov't accomplish for me to support. I support the previous gov't not because someone from my tol was leading the gov't. It is because whatever this new gov't so happy to say it was their own accomplishment was actually accomplished by the previous gov't. Heck, they won't be here without the previous gov't leading the way and providing them with everything they have today including international recognition, lift of arms embargo, etc etc. It all stem from the previous gov't accomplishments to have them here at the first place, after Allah Subahanullhu waa taacalaa of course. For goodness, its been only few months they have been in power and you already drawing conclusions. Imisa sano iyo imisa dowladood ayaa madaxda tolkiina loo samriyay. Isdaji saxiib, xamasada hoos u daji, bisinka qabso oo samir ayaan ku idhi. Dawlidnimada tageer, reernimadu waa luggoyso kaliya. Facts: 1.Appointment of Bay admin 2.Appointment of Beletweyn admin 3.Coming days Kismayo admin will be appointed. 4. Freed large parts of Al Shabaab. 5. Build small goverment with only 10 ministers. 6. Visited more districts then Sheick Shariif and Abdiwali ever have. 7. Many aid agencies opened up offices in Muqdisho. Do I need to continue?
  5. Fresh, dont worry and be patient. Inshallah the next goverment will be led by someone from Tolka, till that time iska samir oo dowlada tageer.

Mar dhow wax filo. P.s. Afarta nin ayagaa Kenya u taliyo, amarkooda bey ku timid Kismayo kuna joogtaa. Marka Kenya(AMISOM) la keenayay Jubbaland, Xasan Culuso was working for an NGO in Jalalqsi asuu rabaa inuu hor istaago. Inshallah Kismayo and Jubbaland region will get soon an administration with strong ties to Federal Goverment. P.S. Ethiopia macaa Somalia wee joogtaa, maha inu u dayo wax kasta ee rabaan. Taas ma igu raacsan tahay.
  7. Zack, 4 nin oo Kenya ka amar qaata dawlad ma noqdaan dee. Somalias goverment on the other hand has been established through an inclusive process within Somalia. Xiin can tell you more about the whole Road Map thing.
  8. Baydhabo, Beletweyn, Marka, Kismayo freed from Al shabaab and for the first time in years again accessible again to Somalias goverment. I would say that is a succes of the goverment (and its foreign allies). What new conflict is he talking about?
  9. Zack, it doesnt make sense to appoint a permanent administration for Jubbaland, if parts of the region are still occubied by Al Shabaab. So the PM is correct to appoint a temporary administration for the region. P.S. Nobody is against Jubbaland regional admin or State, but it is the responsibility of the FG to coordinate this.
  10. Nice place for such a small town. Go King, Go!
  11. Haatu;930336 wrote: Carafaat, the constitution issue is mostly a clan arguments and they won't go away any time soon. But that shouldn't stop S/land from joining the game and getting a lions share of things. But who in the North is man enough to take risks and take home the ultimate prize? Haatu, saxiib, the right question to be asking is not who but what will Somalia be prebared for to offer for the Union. Politics is based on interest(what) rathen then specific leadership of specific clan for that matter? You dont want Somaliland to repeat the same mistakes as in 1960 and repeat the whole history again.
  12. Haatu, I agree. Leadership sometimes requires swallowing pride and showing (political) maturity. I am sure Somalilanders are capable of doing that, they have done so in the past. The question is if they can find a reliable partner in Somalia. The continuing discussion on the constitution and somalia's future structure raises question.
  13. There seems to be an window of opportunity here, Siilanyo and Culusoow better seize the moment and reach a deal or else they will see Kenya, Ethiopia and their foot soldiers oo u heshiiyay.
  14. Large parts of Jubooyinka and Gedo are still occubied by Al Shabaab, Kenya is trying to cease the opportunity in the political vacuum. Makes sense to appoint a temporary admin, till dowlada ee xoogsaniso oo meesha kasariso kuwa afduub wada(Kikuyu, Al shabaab iyo Burcad Dawladeedka).

  20. Chapter (49) sūrat l-ḥujurāt (The Dwellings): O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted . Of all the peoples and tribes in the world, the Orormo are our closest kin, they are our brothers in faith, our neighbours and our closest relatives. Genetically, Linguisticly and culturally we share the most similarities with them. They deserve our respect, our kindness and our protection above all other peoples and tribes in the world.
