The Kismayo conference is funded by Kenya and it serves the interest of Kenya. Its leader Aden 'Maduba' just came back from Kenya, taking his orders from Nairobi and ignores the interest of the Somali people and its goverment. This is treason of the highest order and thus will be considrred a declaration of war.

Why an English name? Why cant we call them Ciidanka Difaca Dalka(CDD).

Kismayo, Gedo, Lower and Middle Jubba are the one of the most divers regions in Somalia. In 2012 Kenyan(Somalia second arch enemy) army entered illegaly and without any legal justification Somalia's territory. Kenya's plan was to create a bufferzone region within the Jubba region of Somalia. The Kenyan goverment is the mastermind and financier of Jubbaland. The Somali goverment defending the rights of all Somalis and the interest of Somalia, has voiced its opinion against the current Kismayo conference to establish Jubbaland. Nontheless Kenya and its Somali agents decided to proceed with the shir and are planning to declare Jubbaland, without the blessing of the Somali people and the Somali goverment. Therefor we should consider Jubbaland as a declaration of war against the Somali people, choosing the side and Interest of Kenya.

Faroole is a smart men. This shir is a clans declaration of war against the Somali people. He better not be seen there.

This is one of those threads that we wont be seeing Xiinfaniin and co. To much bad history some rather deny.

The PM needs to appoint temporary administrations for Lower Juba, Middle Jubba, Lower and Middle Shabbele as soon as possible.

Besides the official capital. The goverment can declare certain cities as national capitals for productive sectors and open up offices there.

We need to learn from the past and try to avoid concentrating the economy, public service and political and govermental institutions in one city. Decentralizing or spreading institutions to a number of cities makes sense.

the villages Travelling between the major cities you will drive through a number of small villages, usually one every few KM's or so. There are a lot of very small villages between Hargeisa and Berbera, very few villages (less than you can count on one hand) between Berbera and Burao and a greater number (larger in size) between Burao-Las Anod-Garowe. Tribalism in its purest form. I definetly know for sure there are more villages between Berbera and Burco then between any other two cities. Come up with facts Oday!
