I have read the comments below. The story seems to be true. Saalax and Oodweyne are obviously denying the existence of beesha in Puntland, as this . There are 300 members of the Habro clan living in Puntland, they live together with the Makhirians. I wonder what percentage of the houses is being occupied? Because the most people I know, have either sold/rented out their houses in Mogadishu by their owners or are being guarded for safe keeping by people well known by the owners. Afcourse this isnt the case for Goverment owned houses. These are for grabs, just like in Hargeysa. they should belong to the goverment, but many Somalis see it as their own house which is incorrect.
