Somaliland Says New Laws Show Intent to Fight Piracy
Carafaat replied to Jacaylbaro's topic in Politics
The UN said so, even the UN montering group reported it to the Security Council. Niyow even china knows about it. Go look up old threads from last year about it. -
Siilanyo is my adeero as well. So we must be family. I should have recongnized that snoby trait our family is known for.
-
I agree. But there postive we can learn of Al Shabaab's past succes. I know I have.

Most countries in the world were marked and drawn in foreign Countries. Even the USA, Australia, Latin America, most of Asia and all current African countries were shaped in European capitals. During the Berlin Confernce in the 19th century most African countries were drawns and later on shaped. There is no shame in that, for it's Aduunyo. Londen marks the beginning of a new Somalia, a Somalia with Somali's around the table, a Somalia with new morals and values, a Somalia with all stakeholders around the table, a Somalia without anyone walking away or threating with breaking away, a Somalia without Piracy, a Somalia without double dealings with pirates and funds to fith them in other hand, double dealings with terrorist and CIA on other hand, a Somalia were wrong doings is not tolerated, mentioned and dealt with,a Somalia were one can not hide criminals under a clan umbrella, A New Somalia.

Somaliland Says New Laws Show Intent to Fight Piracy
Carafaat replied to Jacaylbaro's topic in Politics
Not a word about Faroole. Now go and ask Duke about latest family business dealings in the piracy sector. Garacad is even more succesfull and effective then Eyl boys. -
Che, clearly you seem to have lost your appetite for Al Shabaab. Macalinka, thanks for summary. Luckily nothing is said about Federalism, the Garowe Princible merely Arrange the allocation of seats in future goverment.
-
I clearly hit a nerve. Sayidow, indeed talk is cheap therefor come and join your people and lets make the best of the outcome. For you have no leg to stand on in opposing this conference.
-
Qandalawi, I was just curious what this Garowe princible states that everyone seems to mentioning. Clearly Garowe princible is more about a allocation formula and that there should be two chambers in new structure.
-
So how come you cant take on couple of skinny pirates in Garacad and Eyl?
-
King, thank you. Very royal of you
-
Reborn Puntlander Che former Shabaabi Niiko dancer, I am asking you.
-
What has been agreed in Garowe besides what is earliere agreed in Kamapala accord and Roadmap? Can someone explain what changed in the road since Garowe meeting?

Somaliland Says New Laws Show Intent to Fight Piracy
Carafaat replied to Jacaylbaro's topic in Politics
Sxb, Piracy was there before Faroole and will be there after he leaves. The issue isnt about Faroole, I actually like him. He is doing well as Mayor of Garowe, security is good, no assasinations, no sub-clans fighting in Garowe, no diffrent adminds or discruntled cland and his people love him. So by all standards Faroole has done a terrific job. Back to Piracy and its biggest nest Garacad? Why are you lying Garacad being the biggest pirates nest -

Somaliland Says New Laws Show Intent to Fight Piracy

Sxb, we all know you are keeping journalist and "Marine Forces" bussy in Bosasso Indian Ocean. While Pirate nest Eyl, Haafuun and Garacad is 1000km away on the INDIAN OCEAN. If you think we buy these lies, nonsense and spinning about Puntland wanting to fight piracy then you are mistaken. Piracy is a criminal activity, just like stealing, robbing, killing and terrorizing. And we will continue to unmask these web of lies and munafaqnimo to allow and condone piracy. -
Somaliland Says New Laws Show Intent to Fight Piracy
Carafaat replied to Jacaylbaro's topic in Politics
Piracy is creating higher transportation cost and is affecting the food prices of the poor. Even Al Shabaab is fighting piracy, something which Puntland also should do were it not that it promotes and earns well on piracy. -
Now go to Garacad and Eyl and fight some pirates, if one is serieuz about fighting piracy.
-
We agree that we need strong regional administration that handle most issue's that people are concerned with on daily basis. However this does not mean strong regions and political power, seats and funds divided based on regions, is not authomaticly called Federalism.
-
Sxb, if you think 3 clan administration is one cit y is fine, if you think assasinations of elderes, sheicks and business men is fine, if you think clan militia's attacking eachtoher is fine and that yoou think piracy is fine which also big business in Mudug. Then we disagree on what kind of Somalia, we actually want.
-
Dukey, let me put it diffrently. Galkacyo and you are being loyal and solidair to an alliance that has been not so loyal to Galkacyo latelty. In fact ou are being hold captive and while Mudug is regarded as the ignorant hinterland of Puntland. Where even the small Qardho has a bigger say and stake in the State, while you are declaring youw own city as a hostile frontline instead of a metropolitan city and capital of Central Somalia. Never mind. You won't undestand sxb. You are being true to your Mudugian ignorance.

The Sage;793000 wrote: Call me naive but I'm pretty optimistic about the conference. I think we will see: a) Increased humanitarian/development aid to all regions/governments b) Commitment to helping Somalis to build their capacity to fighting piracy (providing equipment, building more detention centers etc) c) The usual concluding written statement condemning Al Shabab and its benefactors (Afewerki) Me too. Don't listen to Sayid, everyone knows why he opposes it and he is wrong. The fact that his Adeero's doesn't play any significant role for the first time in 10 years should not matter. Put his Adeero in the dog seat if that means a step forward, I say.

They were welcomed in GAROWE indeed. Unfortuantly there is an ugly clan line in that city marked by the simple fact thaty the 2 admins, while the people are one, one city. Why can't you say its wrong and there should be one admin NOW, how many more assasinations, militia figghting have to die before you realize what is right and what is wrong today! Rather then using the peace agreement of 20 years ago as excuse to do nothing and wait for anothjer assasination and more lawlesness.
