  1. looool dont give them all to much credit yet. only those in their land like Khatumo, Ras Caseyr, western Puntland deserve praise.
  2. bad suggestion. If his was about clan hegemony or a dislike for the secessionist he whould not have vehemently been against Khaatumo, instead he would have supported and armed to destabilize Somaliland. Qandalawi;802163 wrote: ^Liibaan Boowe ukaadi, I can tell you Faroole stands to defend your rights or the rights of all SSC than Ali Galaydh. We all love and respect Ali Khaliif but truth be said he's an opportunist that wants to use SSC or Khaatumo as a project to prolong his dying political life. Whicked clan politics of divide and rule in two sentences. Qandalaawi, I understand faroole for using it because it helped him and his family in Garowe, Eyl, Qardho, even Garacad. But what has it done for Qandala, how many millions has is brought in to Qandala. miskiin walee. sheeps will be sheeps walee. like Aaliyad said. dont be a follower and use your own brain.

  4. Eng.Cadde;802153 wrote: Well,it means since somalis have fought along clan lines,it means giving every clan to rule its traditional degaan and making national policies after consultation with all the federal entities,as i have mentioned earlier it will come up with 8 federal entities united to form the federal republic of somaia? do you agree or disagree and on what basis ? Sxb Somali's fought over acces to resources and power along clan lines within a region or city. federalism will only continue the battle for acces to power and wealth but then on the national level. but strong regions with own characteristics, flags. doesnt mean its a federal state.

The Hermet;802151 wrote: No there i would agree with you...The South of Hargaisa saxib we get our water trasported to us in tankers in from Awr Barkhadle while the rest of Hargaisa gets nationalised water from the government pumped in from Geed Dable another reason why i dont like nationalisation. Clearly whats happening is Hargaisa is getting to big and even the local council cant keep up with it, but didnt we secure an investment from the world bank or something, 23 million to improve water infrastructure inshallah that should help the country overall improve water. There is plenty of water in the south of Hargaisa its just to dam mountainous they need better drills and the sand destroys what little the drills penetrates but awr barkadle mashallah has enough water for the whole town and its sweet and its only 4 miles from Hargaisa when you head towards Berbera so..... but i agree with you, money should be invested in water, a guy from dubai bought an investment of a few hundred thousand pounds and drills to invest and start up a water company but the government refused on the grounds that no one but the government has the right to a monopoly over something as precious as water... and given that arguement i except that because that guy would have to much power . how about land?

  9. person doesnt matter. what matters is that he is not appointed by 10 clan members like faroole in Garowe
  10. Qandalaawi, TFG just appointed a Hiiraan admin. Mudug is next.

The Hermet;802134 wrote: Things change quickly...I live near The south of the town and we have a big park called masalaha and we have foot ball pitch, not far if we want to play tennis we got the tennis grounds at ambasador hotel...things change quickly. Plus no system is entirely perfect but we are making progress yearly as you can see hargaisa was rubble in 1991 today mashallah it is a metropolis only missing roads, the objective is not to have everything in one go, but to gradually increase year on year... sxb, we put money in land that is already owned by the people. I suggest we invest in water rathen then land, specially in south-hargfeysa area. but you wouldnt understand.
  12. many before you tried to disqualify eveyone who critizing clan state puntland, but they failed. try to focus on arguments. Today is public that faroole opposes Somali Unity and his clan interest are above Somali interest. big fail walee
  13. Mintid, Bubbles are not build on economic ratio's nor its very difficult to estimate one. Even in the most western countries they have bubbles. we have here in holland one that is starting to burst and drawing the economy down. most important is to use sound logic and be carefull with temptations of making a quick profit. like Hermet is promoting here
  14. Somalia is not federal, never was and never will be Federal. I think TFG just appointed Hiiraan admin, doesnt look federal to me. even puntland isnt federal State but clan's self governance. faroole cant even visit Galkacyo nor do anything about Eyl, SSC and Mkaahir, etc. who are we kidding. Waxasoo dhan hadii laga soo tago, reality is talks between the TFG and SL will not have a strong foundation if Puntland and other huge Somali blocks do not embrace it. which blocks? Clan leaders Faroole and Caalin? they have no say on Somalia. you really dont get what happened in Londen do you.
  15. i lived there 2 yrs sxb. there is no single park in that city. even ministries find it hard to obtain to build public institutions. the local admins even selling fields were kid play football. local admins is corrupted by the trade in public lands of property rights.
  16. Basicly Shariif's Jowhar clan are marginalising the Banadiri's. shame.
  17. did al shabaab ask for input in those 4 years? well then a couple of months till elections wont hurt sxb
  18. The Hermet, how else do you want to build a city with parks, playgrounds. even pedestrian sidewalks are being build an claimed. most land was goverment property in the past. people only leased land.

Ps: Hiiraan alone has 10 states pronounced in the last 6 years, 6 states in last year alone. next is Jubba, Gedo, Bay, Bakool and then we do the clan minded central regions.

  21. wooow, I remember that building very well. it was newly build back in 1989. i think there was a toy store inside?
  22. Sheick Shariif should replace Governor Faroole as well, if security gets more out of hand, Galkacyo is not united and if he doesnt do his job right.
  23. good move. strong decentralized regions. NO Federalism.
