Somalia;827927 wrote: Cause it isn't finished, 7 days and it will be published and ratified and there's nothing that can be done afterwards to change it for 7 YEARS! Man, I feel proud of the men who made it. Non-sense there is a draft version with the TFG. This is the same version that will be handed to the traditional elders, no reason why it cant be published. How else can we advise our illiterate traditional elder.

Jabuuti is a Joke. Omer Guelleh a dictator, kheyr malaha. -
The draft constitution was handed over on the 21st of April by the Federal Constitutional Committee to the Prime Minister of TFG Abdiwal. It's been nearly three weeks and the document still has not been made public by the Prime Minister. The questions is why? Why is the draf constitution hidden from the Somali people? What reason could be there to hide the constitution containing the laws and rules of the land, from the same people that it applies to?
-
The TFG seems to have published this list to hide all the fake people they gathered from the Suuq. Even the Barawe Sultan was left outside. Kuwa kale iska daaba.
-
The joke is that fake Sultans have been collected from the street to adopt a constitution that still is hidden from the Somali people.

Let's start an anti Federalism campaign and call and messages to the clan leaders.

Gheelle, Kuwait has been funding projects in Somalia since the 70's, to many to list them. It's up to Somali leaders to realize them.

Boqor Burmadoow is (unfortuantly) in jail. And non of the real habro Suldaan is in Miqdisho. Even the Sultan of all Sultan's Sultan Mahamed Sultan Abdiwadir, who has participated in Artah has stayed home. Well, most of them can't read or write anyway. Let alone understand the content of the constitution. So who cares.

Somalia: Balkanization and Brutalization of Somalia

Samafal, ina la dhiso maamul goboleedyo lagama so horjeedo. I support strong States, regions or Provinces. Laakinse faido maleh maamulo ku dhisan qabiil(afcourse they can evolute to become States build on former profincial borders) and most importantly ine gacan ku yeeshaan hadhoow central adminkana looma bahna, laakinse awood gaar ah yeeshan ku saabsan arimaha ee ka masuul yihiin. Mise waxa rabta mustaqbalka inshallah iney goboloda turub ki ciyaran central adminka? Oo dowladu noqoto paralyzed? -

Somalia: Balkanization and Brutalization of Somalia

Samafal, Hiilqaran and Tajo both want a decentralised unitary state. Sheick Shariif and Culusoow have a right to support a centralized state, because they represent large segments of Somali's. Markaa, who supports Federalism Samafal? -

Wuu cararayaa markaad su,aal ka waydiiso reerkiisa. basically, his whole urgument for centralised goverment is based on to make away for Waqooyi Glabeed seccession, becouse if federalism is on the table they have no urgument to convince the International community to recognise them, hence why the majority of them hate Puntland. Sxb, belief it or not. Nobody hates anyone. But I support a centralized strong goverment for Somalia inclusing Hargeysa, Berbera, burco, Bosasso. etc. Some people have ideals and they want to see they ideals being realized by the strongest institution possible. Irrelevent who's clan has a bigger percentage of power, somethign you seem to be concerned with a lot.
