Exam cheating which has been a thorn in the flesh of the ministry of education for a number of years is mostly attributed to supervisors and invigilators who also happen to be responsible for setting the exams as well as marking. Serious issue that needs to be tackled, otherwise the diplomas of these students became worthless irrelevent how many sit for the exams.
