Shariif has done nothing else for Somalia, except stroll Muqdisho now and then. So I dont know where you get the idea he is a national leader? Sxb, when he visits and strolls Baardhere or Kismayo, we can call him a national leader!!! In the meantime he is the leader of the smallest regional state in terms of land. Even Khatumo controls bigger pieces of land!
