i think its healthy to gain weght and lose it, it keeps you busy plus it introduces your body to extraemes slowly diminishing health complications. Bet that!! it doesn't hurt to study and become informed even if it means going to study overseas about the religion in years time. it starts now, consistently until you are able to go overseas. yes my frustrations are starting to deem.
