  1. Somalia and Dr. Osman have remarkably similar characters. weird

You never see "Koreans behind bars" on a Korean forum, never a "Moroccans behind bars" on a Moroccan forum, yet here we are. Glorification of degenerate losers, how sickening. Interesting my foot ! Well said sxb.

  5. The winner will be selected by public vote during the live show on Thursday, 22 December from 2000 GMT. I think they will do the usual options i.e. call in to vote, go to website during the show or "press the red button".
  6. Just know that careers are chosen AFTER graduating from university by persuing graduate qualifications e.g. LPC, ACA etc. The type of degree, the institution at which you studied and your degree classification will either widen or narrow your choice of careers. If you do want to persue medecine, then whether this option is open to youd epends really on your past academic performance but this career choice is made at entering university. So my advice is: 1) Study at a russul group/ red-brick univeristy 2) Do a [pure] science degree (maths, chemistry etc.) or science related degree (engineering etc). Stick with it even if you do not like it because a science degree opens more choices up for you. At all cost stay well clear from arts subjects and social 'sciences' (bar economics from a reputable institution). 3) Try to get a 1st in your degree. 4) If you must study an arts subject, do so only at (again) a russel group/red brick uni and make damn sure to get a 1st.

The whole conference is guided by Puntland forces along every road, the AMISOM bodyguards do not have weapons other than their AK. IMO Puntland should not have alllowed even AMISOM bodyguards if PL is capable of doing the task. Think about the affect on PR this will have. But of-course AMISOM doesnt want to their enterprise to be irrelevant even a second.

  9. Carafaat;766589 wrote: Oday, call it how you wanna call it. I am talking about dialogue or consultation on equal terms based on concensus without compromising on political objective. Good luck with that. Clearly you see the TFG for something that it is not. Both TFG and SL need changes in leadership for things to change substantially to the extent that they are able to persue and implement an agenda like that which you proposed.

  11. Puntland and Somaliland (+ perhaps Djibouti co operating) would make sense. TFG is a tool/platform, not an entity with objectives of its own. PL and SL too could use this [internationally recognised] tool/platform I suppose. Indeed PL has recently made major inroads into using this 'TFG' platform.
  12. All those minor sins we commit every day of our lives add up. Like a heap of small twigs, they have a large collective weight on the weighing scales. They easily could be difference between you going to Jannah and hell ...
  13. Both Saado Cali's brothers are dead so leave them be sxb.
  14. Send an e-mail to he Daily Mail informaing them of this petition and the rest will sort itself out
  15. I would say study something science and maths related; but above all something that interests you and that you enjoy. Stay clear from arts subjects whatever you do. Make sure you go to a red brick/russel group university if you are in the UK and still applying; go nowhere else and stay clear from former polytechnics even if this means deferring a year. Make sure that you get a first (class degree). If you do this, regardless of the degree that you study (so long as it it highly scientific/mathmatical), all career paths shall remain open to you.
  16. Subxanallah. the family must have been extremely shocked and upset.
  17. Inshallah you will. Just make sure that you remember the less well off of the Somali people when you've got your mega-bucks
  18. This is just sad. Seriously guys
  19. The Twitter account already has more than 700 followers. Nearly 3000 now...
  20. Som@li;763664 wrote: unfortunately , they are set free cuz of being Muslims and not being used to alcohol claim? Factually incorrect. This is what the Daily Mail would have you believe. This claim was only part of their overall defence and the judge sentenced them in light of ALL the information (including counter claims of racism, use of force on both sides) and not purely becuase of this single statment of many that were given during the hearing of the case. The Daily Mail only focus' on this aspect because they have a certain agenda. Also the video gives little indication of what actually happended as it heavily edited and c'mon its only 3 mins long and the police reponse time is not 3min - far from it.
  21. ASC first of all to all of you as I have not posted for a while. I wanted to share this compelling and saddening article. The balkanisation and de-facto annexation of Somalia, the final subjugation of the unruly Somali ethnic group, is unfolding before our very eyes. Ethiopia and Kenya are to be the beneficiaries, the A.U is the facilitator; the former secures long term interests and benefits and the latter makes a short term profit.
