  1. Who is the most intelligent person you know or have ever met. I've knew one genius, and I say genius because he really was a genius. I'm not even kidding either I genuinely consider him abnormally intelligent he was not normal.

So did they leave three or four wifes ?... not that it really matters.

Dumaal is not after all uff and qurun, it is a remedy, a cure, a responsibility, a caring, a loving union, and after all, you are taking care your brother's fortress feeding his children, building the family where it was left. So the deal he offered them is I will help you only if I can have sex with all of you ? How very selfless of our pal. What was the going rate, $50 for sex per month ?? Its a ruthless system in which sex is exchanged for money/help. In some cases the brother(s) might marry the wifes not to actually take them as wifes, but selfishly its an arangement to prevent the women marrying another man for money/help in exchange. You see, the pride of Somalis does not allow the family of the man to help the woman/children should she marry another man (outside the family).

Should citizenship be defined by ethnicity or should there be naturalization process that allows foreigners not only to reside in Somalia but make it country thereby granting the full rights of citizen? note: this is only for discussion's sake! Perhaps we could do with some foreigners... might just make us less inward looking.
  21. I too have thought of something like this before. Having the population in one place does make administration easier and EVERYTHING cheaper. But.. The one massive downside is security from a strategic point of view. One city with the entire infrastructure/economy/society of a country is a very risky bet. We would say goodbye to our ability to wage war. However, I do like your thinking and the initiative. We need to think innovately when trying to find solutions to our problems and seize our own destiny. It is when you rely on the thoughts and initiatives of others, as we are and have been for a while, that you are doomed.
