So: 10 Cabinet ministers. 10 "deputy" ministers 5 "state" ministers. =25. Im not convinced about the neccesity of deputy ministers, knowing what we know, it'll mean more sqaubbling, corruption , political outfalls and undue influence. with a number as high as 25, who knows who.will come in through the back door. kulaha small cabinet of only 10. btw + another 10. oh and another 5. Too many chiefs.

Is the £50m in addition to the £200m announced the other day? Or is the £200m inclusive of these other £50m sums being thrown around?

Taken 2 is a waste of money. Dont bother. Very simple and underwhelming storyline. Clearly not a lot of thought, effort or originality went into the writing; comes across as though it was made in a rush just to do a follow up on Taken i.e. a #2 and get some quick money. I was very much put off by the quite blatant negative conditioning regarding and the indirect/subliminal association of Islam, muslims, mosques, Adhan with killing, violence, kidnapping and explosions. 4/10. The last Batman, they should have called the film Bane because that character owned the film. Best Action film of the year and some twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat. Original storyline too. Definitely worth watching. Skyfall 007. Good film and some interesting locations and characters. Having said that, the writers could have made it an excellent film by going that bit further and developing the storyline. The storyling was a bit simple and lacked originality in some respects (but I say that without taking anything from the characters, locations and acting). Bérénice Marlohe was, unfortunately, killed off too soon. Still, its worth watching and all in all a good film.

The Rainmaker (1997) probably the best film ive seen. Followed by (some distance) and in no particular oder: War of the Worlds, Taken, Avatar.

The design of the building is very assymetrical and irregular. Look at: * the various irregular (at least 5 different) sizes and styles of the windows. * the balconies located rather than say to the centre of the building, to the left side of the building skew one's sight and vison of the building. * The two long-windows (of what are presumably staircases) are assymetrical, with one consisting of a row of single panels and the other of double panels. * Lastly the vertically protruding segments of the building are also assymetrical and irregular - one being a bay shaped and the other square shaped. I wonder who designed the building, someone somewhere in a NGO office is having a laugh.
