I've done this but I cant remember how. I would just copy you all the suras in MP by Sheikh Sudaid, if there were a way to do it. Try audioquraan.com, I think that is how I did it.

If you want to search for something on a specific website, you can do so very effectively by going to Google and using the following search terms: (The example here is somaliaonline, and we are searching for tips). site:[insert just the name of the website/domain-name here, leaving out the protocol].[insert the TLD a.k.a top level domain] [lastly, insert your search term here i.e. what you are searching for] So we type into the google search bar: site:somaliaonline.com/community Tips

Don't eat fried take-away foods! Don't drink pop a.ka. fizzy drinks, think of the damage it does to your teeth. Stay away from white sugar, it is refined sugar and your body finds it more difficult to get rid off. Use sweetners such as splenda or fail all else brown sugar.

In the UK, subway does 10% student discount! For the students out there, allthough it is little known and not so well advertised, Subway does 10% student discount if you present your student card; inclusive of both colleges and university.

Apophis;892824 wrote: The biggest flaw is the idea of an "enemy". Most people do not have the mental ability to maintain continuing hostility with another human being. Most people who are capable of this tend to be socio/psychopathic types, and they're, fortunately, rare among the populace. My point is, if you take this ideas seriously, you'll start to see enemies everywhere, when in fact there are none. You may even end up making enemies because you followed this ideas. Most of humanity is altruistic rather than the opposite, we wouldn't have societies if we weren't. Do you get what I'm saying?? Enemies and hostile persons are a reality, and not always just perceived. I agrer when you say that people do not have the mental capacities to maintain hostilities in the long term. but in the short term this is another matter altogether. enemies mellow over time, especially if they cannot destroy/defeat you in the short term and there is no clear winner. but that is not to say that they would not do one over on you should the opportunity presents itself. I also agree that books like 48 laws of power can make you paranoid and unnecessarily aggressive to a counter-productive extent.

Wadani;892477 wrote: That's good advice, thanks. Wat r ur impressions of hargaysa overall? Like a city on the move but with a long long way to go yet. Progress at a snail's pace. Development obstructed by psuedo-politicians & cawaan politics, corruption and qabyaalad. Poor, underdeveloped, lacking infrastructure, a dearth of good leadership or management, lack of public services, lack of entertainment. Lack of everything. If I had to sum it up: Extreme poverty. Extreme underdevelopment. Extreme bad and incompetent leadership, across every field and sector. So the "nuxur" of this thread was to ask: Are pious/good muslims necessarily good people. I dont think so. You get some pious muslims who are just foul people.

I was mostly cooped up in the house with overly protective family and extended relatives doting on me like I was a young prince. I wanna go back this time with eyes wide open. Go there on a fact-finding mission first. See how you like the place and the people and whether you could live in it.

And the endless hellish preaching doesn't help. +1. They are just too intense and just tense most of the time. But then there are also some very peaceful, calm, collected and good-natured ones.
