on a recently meeting with representatives of the three major parties, they all echoed the same message ; that the formation of political parties will somehow create tribal oriented political associations. I heard that all parties must have a broad based support in all six regions. something like 20% in all regions.why are they are spreading fear? its almost like that fear is the order of the day because this is where funding streams are. Somaliland must look to the future and forget the promotion of this 'fragile' peace. peace must be able to withstand such challenges.

what we need is public private partnerships. this is the only way to fund infrastructural projects of this size.
