  1. he's no different from the thousands of corrupt koonfurian officials who badmouth Somaliland in deeqbixiyasha circles. these NGOs have their own objectives and have more on the ground reality than Mr Martin.
  2. i wonder how long he'll continue with this nonsense.
  3. no one is going to honour Sayidka, you ninny! and he didn't unify anything. It's good that the people of Somaliland are being proactive in learning about their history.
  4. its important for the people to have their own collective history, in the hope it'll revive their moral spirit. only through peace can civil participation occur. i'd be very interested to know if this is the first time this important event has been held.
  5. ^^these descriptive extensions are no surprise to you considering you are not a stranger to abbreviations, acronyms, suffixes and prefixes and all sorts of identity markers?
  6. this is positive to see. its actual substance. this is the sort of quite leadership Somalis need not the usual one-upmanship known to be used by folks.
  7. The Somaliland education minister was invited. I'm not sure about the other two.
  8. i was a member of this group in the late 2000s. at that time the majority of members were from Somaliland. if people from Somalia want to establish their own group, perhaps they ought to called it the Italian-Somalia Society.
  9. he has so many sources in so many places, all at the comfort of his home in cold Alberta. this is unbecoming of a once great political analyst.
  10. No, it's not Rooxaan. It stands for Rapid Response Unit. They are an elite force.
  11. If Galbeedi spent his time more productively he could've easily become another Beyle, yet he spends all his time circulating fake news. his recent obession with Somaliland's destruction is pitiful and a disgrace. just another qurbo-joke wannabe social media warlord. on close inspection most of what he writes are clear lies, exaggerations and delivered with emotional hastiness.
  12. great interview. i've always been a great supporter of this shiekh. what he is saying is true.
  13. there are over 1,950 traditional elders, caqils, chief-caqils, garaads, sultans and ugaases in Somaliland. that's enough manpower for them to form two and half battalions and go to the Yocadda.
  14. do you really think Somaliland is that fragile? i pity this low level thinking.
  15. you're working overtime and becoming ever more inventive in your personal jihad against Somaliland. great thread title but as usual very little substance.
  16. Salaax, you're really wasting your time on this anti-Somaliland nonsense. what's even worse, is that you've taken the position of a fake Somalilander, as no Somalilander is against the interest of the Somaliland. you sort of remind me of that Puntlander sultan in Tukoraq who serenaded the west Burco community with poetry of being heroic and gallant but at the same time called for their death! you're a cuck for the west Burco community leading you to compromise your beliefs and self-worth. no amount of anti-Somaliland vitriol will give you back what you've lost!
  17. it seems like Mustafa Martin is very creative in conjuring up this nonsense.
  18. once Somaliland is recognised we can have free movement of goods, followed closely by movement of people. places like Tukoraq, which were ungovernable once and a serious drain on tax collections will soon be transformed in ways which will benefit our people. once we've annexed Puntland into the realm, maybe we should make a free trade agreement called the Northern Trade Agreement between Somaliland, Djibouti and Somali region in Ethiopia.
  19. whatever happened we'll come to Burao?
  20. in Somaliland its fairly easy to set up a business. almost every business venture has a very high chance of success and there's a huge demand for bread. now, on the issue of where he got the money to open the bakery, there are all sort of financial arrangements available. the formal and informal financial mechanisms in Somaliland are very advanced. for all we know, he's a share holder and not the owner. the galbeed people in Somaliland are industrious and hardworking. we could learn from their excellent work ethic.
  21. speak for yourself and don't insult this police person. We don't know the facts here. it's good to avoid assumptions.
  22. criminals welcoming criminals. the achelis heels of koonfuria has always been greed. criminality is widely accepted and promoted in this place.
