im sure most of you are already familiar with this fascinating story. four members of Xidigaha Geeska, locally known these days as Xidigaha Gooska, have been arrested upon returning to Hargeisa after traveling to Mogadishu for performance. apparently they've been arrested because they are SL Govt workers and they didn't seek permission to leave for Xamar. although they deny being govt employees. their manager and fans are saying the group has the right to travel freely because music has borders. Jamal Ali Hussein is saying they have the right to travel freely as per the Turkish sponsored talks between SL and Somalia, as it explicitly provides for the free movement of people between these regions. this entire incident is funny.

maybe she exchanged her services for entry and now claiming rape for entry to Australia? in the Sahara, Libya and the tahrib route, this is a regular occurrence.

Kenyatta has a patronising look to him and is genuinely surprised that Somalia have appointed a court jester as an Ambassador. on the other hand, we could infer Jamal's reasons for dressing like this was an attempt to resist/contest Kenya's domination in Somalia - presenting a reinvigorated Somalia with a new distinct identity. or maybe he's put these hajj garments on to worship Kenyatta. hard to say, really. my own opinion is he shouldn't have worn this. what do you guys think?

the huge influx of Oromos is worrying. every year they are increasing. something ought to be done before its gets out of control. i could foresee an Oromo revolt very soon. they are even buying land these days. they shouldnt be allowed to own land. just recently 66 oromos carrying deadly diseases like Polio and leprosy were forcibly removed from Boroma. All Somalis are vaccinated against these ancient diseases, yet its coming back because of the porous borders.
