  3. since leaving my home city of London almost 6 years and 4 months ago for.......my long awaited return to the nation's capital, i've ceased contact with the majority of people from my heinous past except 4 guys (non-Somali ). ruunti, this has not been intentional but i've always been the sort of person to follow his own path, you know. i regularly communicate with my 4 friends. the other day, i received an email from one of them and i was so happy to see he was doing well. the guy is doing it big time, mashallah. i sometimes wonder about how i'm doing compared to my oldest but also more importantly my bestest friends (friends from the 1st day of secondary school at 12 years old......... until graduation at 21/22/23). they were a smart lot, ruunti and they still meet up every Sunday for footy. i've officially attributed my 'rose-from-the-concrete-ism' to our unspoken but fierce competition for grades in secondary school, girls in College, cash in Uni and now careers. some of them are doing it BIG time, y'all (city of London banking executives, hedge fund managers, MBA's and all sorts of things). being here, in the abyss, i've been able to envelope them in a thick cloud of smoke and they think i'm the one doing it BIG . although true, i wonder, relatively speaking, that is.......how i'm really doing compared to them? here, the standards by which we measure success are very bias, you see...... and it's almost all the time skewed in your favour....balse, if i've learnt anything of value over the past 6 years and 4 months, its..............i'm still as elusive as ever and i'm still doing my own thing, whatever that means . instead of following the crowd and being sucked into the vicious rat-race of life......... that most, if not all, of my friends are oblivious to. i got the highest grades. i got the chicks. i had the money and now they have the careers. talking about peaking too early, ma istidhi? LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL .
  4. ^ :D how long did it take you to put together this ramshackle and jacbur like Somali being a non-Somali?
  5. this is one of the FAQ on the pontus marine website....... How is the company pay ZAKAD and who is paying? The company will be paying ZAKAD at the end of each year in accordance with Islamic law. Since the company will be actively engaged in community affairs, much of ZAKAD will be directed to charitable projects in the Saanag region. ZAKAD in Sanaag? where are Africanown, Salaax iyo the other habar qaloocians? aar ka gadhaa baal....waa fursad dahabiya eh.

  12. this is exactly why i walk almost everywhere. the traffic in Hargeisa is barely noticeable to me. malaha these 'alleged' cars are the ghostly relics of the 1988 genocide. there are only 52k+ cars in the entire country. there's hardly any traffic in the city.

  19. this chick i sort of fancy called me today. it was around 12pm. i was little surprised but nonetheless excited by the 'prospect' so i went. we met in the centre of town. we then went to a new bakery joint and ate some 'bakery products' at this new joint owned by sujus of ethnic Somalilander extract. it was excellent but a little pricey. i didn't mind as she paid for it. ileen mashruuc beey igu qadatahay. i ended up chilling until 2:30ish.

Or maybe, just maybe, our President is an avid reader of SOL opinion pieces. Awoowga, i'm not sure which is more absurd......Hassan ''L'oreal, because i'm worth it'' Sheikh Mohamud being an avid reader of a little known site frequented by far-left pseudo-politicians or your audacious attempt to trademark an offical Oxford English Dictionary entry. if indeed Maxweynaha Qaran Umada Somaliyeed is an avid reader of this site, then adigoo mudane uu sheeg that my allegations of him being a paedophile was a joke. wayooow? because i'm thinking of packing up and going to the Pearl of Africa. Abti, even Ridwan from Universal TV is now the spokesman of the Prime Ministers Office, ma garatay? half of those walweyn folks currently occupying key Govt positions are from North London and knowing one or two things about Xamari hospitality and generosity, i'm quite sure i'll be welcomed with open arms, nooh. balse, it's not the first time, i've refused key positions of the FGS, having already turned down the opportunity to director the Centre for Strategic Policy (Damul-Jadidist think tank). my friends are very much political animals, you see...... with very little substance in the way of actual work, ma garatay? in other words, they'd rather engage in fadhi-ku-dirir canterbaqash all day, while technocrats and administrators like myself.....do the real work, dee. sidadaraded Hassanoooow, abti iyo Maxweynaha Qaran Umada Somaliyeed lacagta soo shuub.......
