Maakhiris To Withdraw Support from TFG ?
Libaax-Sankataabte replied to Jacaylbaro's topic in Politics
Hunguri, inadeer I am glad we agree on the point I was trying to highlight which is that Cadami and Ilkojiir are from different clans. The comment "nothing to do with" was a poor attempt on my part to belabor clan lineage. Awoowe, i cafi hadii si aan fasirnayn hadalku iiga dhacay. -
Maakhiris To Withdraw Support from TFG ?
Libaax-Sankataabte replied to Jacaylbaro's topic in Politics
Originally posted by NASSIR: Btw, Cadami is a true Maakhiri citizen. Awoowe, I am not disputing regional affiliation. My point about clan still stands. Cadami is from an independent clan that has nothing to do with Ilko-jiir's main clan. That is just a fact. I was merely clarifying Ayoub's assertion above. -
Maakhiris To Withdraw Support from TFG ?

Originally posted by AYOUB: Cadami (the current Somaliland Defence Minister) is from Sanaag Yes, but Mujaahid, Cadami is not from the clan you have in mind. Thankful is still correct by arguing that no one from the main Maakhir clan holds any "significant" position in Somaliland. -
Oomaar is trying to stay humble and give respect to other elder statesmen. One of the traits that makes him appealing is his humble nature. As for "cleverness", Oomaar, an Oxford educated man, is a smart individual. Oomaar is good for Somalia. Abwaanoow, Somaliland haduu hoos kala shaqeeyo, maxaa dhib ah oo ku jirta? Sow iyaguba shacab Soomaaliyeed maaha oo in la soo dhaweeyo ay haboon tahay? Anigu waxaan maqlay Jingeli ayaa meesha u dhuutinayey oo rabey inuu isagu Foreign Minister position la wareego oo Shariif baa wateye, ee eedahaas kale ma maqal.

Ismaciil Buubaa on Cismaan Kaluun Trip
Libaax-Sankataabte replied to Che -Guevara's topic in Politics
Buubaa spoke well. As the former minister indicated, Somaliland has a chance to lead. Seize the moment ya Mujahidiin and move the federalism process forward. This train is on the move! Don't get caught standing on the sidelines. -
Kool, it is possible the sister-in-law was designated as the spokesperson for the family. She is probably a close cousin as well.

I have few theories as to why Somali kids are failing in Toronto, London and Minneapolis. I will share my thoughts another time.

Sad to hear a Somali lost his job over such circumstances. -
This kid boarded a flight from Hong Kong to Canada. "The statement said the young Asian man had swapped boarding passes with a 55-year-old U.S. citizen before getting on the plane. He had later used a frequent flier card as ID to board the flight, the alert added." These guys must have had their eyes close. I smell corruption (paid airport security). That man-mask looks like 95 years old. http://www.ctvbc.ctv.ca/servlet/an/local/CTVNews/20101105/bc_crazy_disguise_101105/20101105?hub=Brit ishColumbiaHome

Great news indeed. Samatar is a hard worker. He is the founder of the largest small business lender in Minneapolis. This guy has given out more loans than you could imagine. Truck drivers, shop owners, and ambitious Africans/Somalis with an idea shows up at his door looking for a loan or help. In my opinion, the school board position is a "get-your-foot-in-first" sort of an attempt to further his career in public office. His current position as the founder and executive director of ADC is much more exciting than the school board trustee position. ADC MINNESOTA

Still the quintessential secessionist voice, Oodwayne is perpetually pestered with endless cyber assertions each time his SOL commentary peters out. The Guru will be back dhallinyaro. Oodwayne has a lot vested in the secessionist experiment, and story says the guru is preparing fresh rounds of ambushes to counter the new dual-track American policy with the hope of averting the untimely evaporation of his separatist enterprise under the new Washington blueprint. He knew the news was approaching months before Carson’s address. Oodwayne may very well be the “unhappy chap” some picture him to be in London today, but I assure you the cause for his disappearance is beyond domestic polity.
